Best experience ever! I have never had a better experience than when I rented from the Watertown Enterprise Rent a Car!! From the moment I checked in, it was a delight interacting with the staff. Megan was so lovely to help me switch the car and orchestrate the drop off at a different location. Usually this has been stressful historically, but she made it easy and smooth. And to make it even better, I appreciated Anthony calling me after drop off to ask how satisfied I was with the experience.
Enterprise replaced Hertz as my go to rental agency after this experience. Highly recommend and thankful for Anthony and Megan

Easy process. Even with dropping off the car after hours. Anthony helped us picking up the car and going over details. He was great. Glad to have this place near by to use both for business trips and personal ones.

I took rental car from this location 2 times & unfortunately both the times I got a car which have some issues. Make sure everything is right with the car at the time you took the car. Staff is polite.
