Took my fiancee's car in with a slow leak in her tire hoping to get it patched. After waiting 2+ hours there, which was perfectly acceptable given how busy they were and I came in with no appointment, they called me over and said the leaked had been patched and recommended the tires be rotated. I said sure go ahead and rotate the tires and after paying I was on my way. Next morning, tire was flat once again...the same exact tire in the same location...meaning they hadn't rotated the tires at all. Additionally, I took the wheel off myself to inspect and there was NO SIGN OF A PATCH. I understand they were busy but they deliberately CHARGED FOR WORK NOT PERFORMED. I was lucky that this was only a $30 job, would hate to see what they do on other jobs.

Had a flat tire, Memorial Day weekend. Firestone in Watertown MA was open a few more hours, but gladly replaced our tire in 1hour. Mark, in sales , was cheerful and positive. It was a pleasure bringing our car here.

I called, and they took me right in. The service manager asked me what my car needed and did not try to oversell anything. He just made two recommendations with no pressure. The inspection was thorough, which found the issue I have been suspecting about the brakes. The whole service was completed quickly. The cost was reasonable.

Ralph was awesome! SO nice - helped me out at the last minute on a Sunday and worked beyond closing time to solve the issue, even when running into an unexpected additional snafu. I am very appreciative.

Had a great experience today at Firestone in Watertown. The shop was short handed but Ralph the manager did his best to accommodate as many customers as he could. Really appreciate his service! Will definitely go back to this location!

Made an appointment to get my tire replaced. Showed up on time for my appointment. First thing the guy at the counter says is 'oh did my manager call you yesterday?'. Of course he hadn't. Turns out they took my appointment, with the tire I needed specified in their form, and never had the tire in stock. Apparently they're having a sale and as a result are oh so busy that nobody could call me to tell me. Waste of time, waste of energy, waste of the limited miles I have available on my donut. At least I know never to go here again.

Went to have my car looked at there awhile back, talked to Anthony at the desk and he was very friendly and carefully explained what the issues for my car were in great details. Absolutely pleased with the customer service level

This manager Anthony was giving me a hard time honoring a Lifetime Alignment Svc Agreement just because I am out of state . No thank you, and went to Commonwealth Firestone instead.

only one employee working at the store and it was his fourth day. told me it would take 25 min, waited next door for over an hour, only to find out it had been done and i had not gotten any call. it then took him over 30 min to check me out for a tire change and had no number to call for a manager or anyone to help. horrible management
