The Watertown Home Depot is a large, well-stocked hardware store providing tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials. It is among the better stocked stores with plenty of parking. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, offering good customer service and easy returns, which makes for a great experience. The store is noted for having items in stock reliably. However, the painting section is located in a weird area and the building faces away from the street. Some staff can be less helpful and may ignore customers. Overall, it is a pretty good Home Depot that receives strong recommendations.
Shawn at the paint kiosk was super helpful and friendly! He made sure all my sample paints were mixed thoroughly and answered all my questions.
