I transferred a lease from a friend and been here for 10k service. Spent 3 hours on a Saturday and left with the car unwashed. They promised to full the gas tank because of a recall, which didn’t happened. Service adviser constantly lie about the timing when the car is ready. Horrible service!

My Lexus LS500 never needs repairs - I've been leasing/buying from Lexus for decades. Once the battery went bad. Lexus of Watertown immediately came out and replaced it. The people at Lexus of Watertown are the best. Jimmy Yu is one of the most helpful people I have ever met. Alex - the finance person - has helped me out many times. I cannot imagine any better place to buy/lease a Lexus or other car than Lexus of Watertown.Services: General repairs & maintenance
