Service is non existing for appliances. I strongly recommend you never use this company. Their computer systems are antiquated and their customer assistance is dreadful beyond belief.

I'm here to step up and defend this Best Buy that's getting slammed so hard. The staff I got to talk to was kind, personable, funny, and really helpful. Everything I needed to get done went smoothly, and I'm totally pleased with my visit.

I consistently have great experiences when I take my annual electronics shopping spree at this location. The great part about this location is that the staff is so caring, and they will find any opportunity to give you a discount.I bought my Insignia flat screen TV here about 3 years ago, and it works good as new. They always offer warranty but honestly every product is in such good condition it's rarely necessary. If you're looking for a TV definitely come here, as you'll get a long lasting product for a great price. I got mine for about $330 and it's a 50 inch smart. Can't get better than that. I stopped by today to pick up a pair of Apple Airpods and got a 25% off discount. Literally for no reason, I wasn't even registered in the system. You will definitely get the bank for your buck at this location. I was helped today by Marcelo and he was great. The staff here really cares about their customers and are incredibly knowledgeable. I can't imagine shopping for electronics anywhere else!

The store appeared very bare and not much merchandise. Things I was looking to potentially purchase were locked up in cages and no one was around to get an item. I left and ordered from the manufacturer with free overnight shipping! Would have liked to keep my business local but when there's no one to help in the store...no other choice as I definitely don't want to waste my time!

horriblei am speachless. i bought a gas stove. it was to be delivered today between 2pm-6pm. i have recieved 3 calls stated they are installing my gas stove. but i keep telling them the stove is not here. then they tell me someone else will call me. the first call was for "the team" to install the waterline for my home depot delivery.774-666-0614 was call #1 for the waterline508-769-1114 was call #2866-494-0101 was call #3i just want the stove.

I went into the store with very low expectations. The service that I received at this store was par excellence, and I left with a new pair of Bose headphones and a huge smile on my face. These boys really know their stuff when it comes to audio and hi-fi! They are the best in Boston no doubt.

TBH not a great place. They had my computer for a few days and 'couldn't find the problem with it' and couldn't replicate the 'issue' even though I replicated it very easily after only a few minutes.They recommended to replace a hard drive (the same HD that's still working 100% now and zero issues) and maybe that should 'solve' the issue.Turns out it was the POWER SUPPLY (reason why computer kept shutting off) - I replaced it myself and BOOM, problem fixed.I spent almost $200+++ and they still wanted me to 'replace' unnecessary parts when the issue was just the PSU. Waste of time + MONEY.

Terrible service just never attending to customers just had to leave wasted a hr and a half after asking someone to grab me one of the items they have locked up no one came by they forgot I was waiting so I just wasted part of holiday shopping standing around your stores because you all don't value others time ain't coming back here ever

The Staff in the Plymouth Store are just simply rude. I will never step foot there' Dont they realize everything can be purchased elsewhere! The way they treat customers is only a matter of time their doors will be closedbfir good!

Absolute TERRIBLE customer service. Went in to return a laptop after it didn't arrive on time so I went in the store and bought another one. The problem was the terrible service I received when I went back to the store to return the other laptop. There were employees standing outside on cigarette breaks and no less than 12 employees walking around the store- not helping people- yet only 1 person at the cashier and people standing in line. Even the gentleman behind me commented how insane it was that so many people were walking around but not helping. Finally, the cashier processed my return but billed me for a free download that came with the laptop- I didn't download this- I never even opened the laptop. So when I asked why, he basically said oh well. So I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he points to where she is (also standing around) and tells me to walk over to her!!! To which I refused because that is completely unprofessional. I then call her over (her name is Ari and she's a supervisor) and explain to her how poor the customer service is and how employees are walking around everywhere looking bored with a line of people at the register. And she proceeds to say how she only has 4 people on the floor- not true. Her next comment was to ask me if I wanted to work there! I was completely baffled at her comments. I shouldn't have had to wait in line for that long, my return should have been processed correctly the first time around, the cashier should've called the supervisor over to us, not told me to walk to her, and the supervisor should not have spoken to me in that manner. Clearly, Best Buy doesn't train their employees in customer service. Not only will I not shop in that store again, they will no longer receive my online business either.

I purchased a Vizio 2.1 channel M Series sound bar, which said in the specs (and the photo showed too) that there were 2 HDMI ports. I picked it up, but by the time I took it out of the box and was able to get a friend over to set it up--at which time he realized there was only one HDMI connection--it was past the return window. It was not advertised with the correct specs by Best Buy and Vizio, yet Best Buy refused to allow me to do an exchange. I will never shop best buy again.

Went to buy a new phone, the man at the door made me an appointment and said it would be an hour and 20 minutes. I just walked over to desk and an employee was free right away and helped me. Wtf!

I just bought an $800 dollar laptop from this place. When I asked for a bag, they didn't have one in the laptop section. That happens. They told me to go upfront. When I went to the person up front (I didn't want to wait in the long line at the one register that was open) the guy said 'I can't leave this spot'. I just bought an $800 dollar laptop, a good amount of money for me, and the guy at the front can't leave his spot for less than a minute and grab me a bag for my new laptop. In addition, the employee whom I worked with knew almost nothing about laptops, and I had to do my own research. I hardly ever give reviews...but was a huge waste of time (laptop employee knew very very little about laptops, so having to do my own research) and the fact that the gentleman couldn't leave his spot for a minute (he was standing there doing nothing at the moment) and get me a bag. What a horrible experience!
