My iPad screen smashed on one day. I called Michael’s at 2pm the next day. He fixed my screen right away the same day. I would recommend him to anyone with a broken device!

I had a great experience here. I came in with a cracked screen on my Surface Pro. Michael fixed it promptly and it looks good as new. I would highly recommend this business if you're looking to get your devices fixed.

I've used Michael's computer repair services in Watertown for over 20 years. I don't need to see him often but, when I do he delivers. He's incredibly honest, with very fair pricing and really knows what he's doing. The turn around time for repairs is quick. if you need a desktop, laptop, iPad, or phone fixed this is the place to go

Michael helped repair several things on my older Pixel 3 and even gave me a heads up on what I will need to look out for in the future. My phone works perfectly now! Very reasonable prices and fast service as well. I will be taking my electronics here for any fixes that I need from now on!

Glad he gave me a partial refund but he completely messed my phone up. I have a 12pro max and he said he could fix my cracked screen. When i got my phone back i could immediately tell it was a cheap screen and not an apple approved screen. I could see my previous app open through the current app and the screen quality was very bad. Super pixelated and grainy. I called multiple other repair shops to see what they would recommend and they said get it refunded and get the old screen put on. Since getting my old cracked screen back on, i couldnt use the screen so i went to Verizon across the street and they said they can fix my screen with an Apple verified and approved repair team. I have a new screen and it works fine now but my camera is still messed up since taking it to Michael. I cant use my 3 cameras on the back at all since he touched my phone. And even the repair people cant guess what he did to my phone. I highly reccomend if fixing iphones, to go to a approved repair person. Dont trust this man with your iphone

Every time I've taken my phone or computer in to get it fixed, Michael does it super quick and for a very good price. He's very helpful and provides great service. Overall, if you need tech help or need an electronic device to be repaired, I highly recommend Michael.

I needed a laptop repair job that would require soldering (charging port replacement). Other places I asked declined as they didn't want to take on a job requiring soldering. This place was able to do the job quickly and quoted a very reasonable price. This will be my go to place for future repair work for sure.

I'd like to recommend Mike, from Michael Computer Repair & Tech Services at 36 Mt. Auburn Street in Watertown for your device and computer diagnostics and repair :) He fixed my five-year-and-one-month-old Android G7 Thinq yesterday. A software update crashed my phone on Sunday, and though I lost data and am rebuilding my Contacts list (it needed pruning anyway) I feel good about *not* having to buy a new phone, even with any of the T-Mobile specials running right now (including financing). A T-Mobile rep had told me the stores don't handle diagnostics and repairs, so I'm grateful Mike is around the corner!He was upfront about the problem and the probability of the data loss before repairing anything; and the price was good: $85 total. Even if I knew what had happened, I wouldn't have known how to repair the phone. As well, Mike didn't try to sell me any of the phones or plans he sells, which I appreciated.

I would like to recommend Michael Computer Repair & Tech Services without any reservation. He did an amazing job resolving the issues of my brother-in-law's laptop. He made a house call and was willing to follow up a few days later to resolve questions we had. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient and went way beyond what I'd have expected. And his charge was very reasonable. I feel so lucky to have found this fabulous computer repair service. Thanks again, Michael!

Need customer support. Have tried to reach them with no response. It is unfortunate to spend over 2K on a laptop that doesn't work. I hope they will reach out to me to correct this oversight.

My kid spilled water all over my Macbook Pro, frying the logic board. Apple said it was a $1500 repair, and I would lose everything on my hard drive. Data recovery people quoted me over $2000 plus just to get my data back. I called a dozen places, and they all said that they were unable to repair it. However, Michael felt that he could probably do it. Michael ordered special parts, soldered out the corroded parts, and soldered in the new parts and got it all working. Not only did it save my hard drive, but it saved the computer. The price was also much less than those quoted above. There are not many places around that can repair the logic board on a mac. Highly recommend; I doubt there are many people as talented as Michael.
