The owner manages and she does a great job. The salon is beautiful, clean and bright. Owner run and managed. Nice is a great hair stylist! The prices are reasonable and there are plenty of parking spot. Walk ins are welcome but make an appointment she is always busy.

I grew up in the West End of Watertown . I have lived in the same neighborhood for over 50 years. It sometimes feels like the movie Ground Hog Day with everyday seeming the same. Lately I have been taking a harder look at my neighborhood and have been surprised what I have found. Maybe its a midlife thing I'm not sure but I just felt a need to stop and smell the coffee. As I mentioned in my previous blog I am a big fan of the newly remodeled General Market. I decided to check out some other local stores and see what I could find out. One place that I was impressed by was the Panther Hair salon. The owner is from Brazil and barley speaks english . It is amazing that someone who can barley speak english would have the nerve to start her own business. It turns out she has created a wonderful Hair salon that is so reasonably priced ! My own mother stopped in and raved for days on what a great job they did on her hair and for only $25. The owner has 2 daughters that help her out so its a family operation . If you are looking to save some money and would like to help support local ownership I encourage you to check out the Panther Hair Salon on Orchard St in Watertown Ma .
