The guy who towed my car here was very rude. For one, I had my 9 month old baby with me. We were forced to ride with him which is a liability. These tow trucks are not meant for a baby to be in. & on top of that, I’m a nursing mother. My baby was crying due to hunger. I asked the man if he can lower my car while I wait for my friend to arrive, I wanted to have privacy to feed my baby. He insisted that he needed to be paid first & also insisted for me to feed my baby in the McDonald restroom. How disgusting! I also felt like I was being bullied, he was taunting me on why my car was being towed in the first place. I got angry with him & cussed him out. He felt some type of way & kicked my baby & I out of the truck. The treatment my baby & I received was unbelievable.

They helped me threw the process of releasing my vehicle over to my insurance company, then I was allowed to clean out my belongings from it.

80 MPH on I90W, weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating and making cars have to jack on their brakes to avoid a collision. Driver seems to forget about the 20' of bed behind him on his moving billboard. Or maybe he thinks driving with the amber lights on makes him an actual emergency vehicle. How long before his luck runs out?

All around great place. Did repair work in timely manner. explained everything and, because I paid "out of pocket' and not through insurance, cost was a factor - and it was more than reasonable. Highly recommend.
