Why are all these negative reviews? And when you ask a question to someone in produce. You decide. he then says if you did this you would get more and pay less. or when you say this doesn't make sense to me. Because it is higher than the bigger bag. she said oh boy, someone was a little careless. and put it in the incorrect place. we apologize for that. And the other we eat the back register. She was just go back and check again. I did she corrected it.AND ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, BECAUSE THE THINGS THAT USED TO BE OPEN AND EASY TO GRAB AND GO. WHY, DID IT CHANGE.? BECAUSE OF THEFTS! And the series amazing. always very clean. plus the temperature is always perfect. May you should go to Somerville, and just see how radically different it's to Watertown!

This target has really gone downhill. This used to be my favorite target and I would could here from Cambridge because it's clean and has the best selection. HOWEVER...I was here tonight and since my last visit, pretty much any medicine, toiletry, or laundry item is locked in lock counters. They have sensors on them that say wave your hand under them. I wanted excedrin migraine, waved my hand under the sensor, and stood there for 7 minutes with no response. Next I went to the laundry detergent, waved my hand under the sensor, and stood there for 5 minutes. On a time crunch I went to get my other items, and returned to the detergent, where I again waved my hand and waited another 7 minutes while standing at the end of the aisle so associates could see me. The employees were walking around the store herding people out at this point, as it's now minutes to closing. The same associate walked by me twice with no acknowledgement, and 3 others walked by me once with no acknowledgement. Finally I was able to waive one down, who said "we're closing. Everyone is leaving." I told him I'd love to do the same, but I've been standing there for 8 minutes trying to get Tide pods I'd come for (15 minutes between both trips). I was finally able to go to the checkout. Once there the checkout clerk said 0 words to me the entire encounter, despite my greeting him. He did make sure to clunk my breakables into the bags, and only put 2 items per bag, which created the need of WAY more bags than necessary. I ended up consolidating my items into a reasonable amount of bags while he was still scanning my items and returning the extra bags. I gave up on the excedrin migraine, though this experience certainly created a need for it. There was a target circle promo for $15 gift card with $50 home purchase, which I would have met with the excedrin, but ended up missing out on thanks to none of them answering their scanning devices for all the locked items.

This is one of the nicer Target locations that I've been to. In fact, if I remember rightly, it is the very first location that I ever shopped.The store is always neat, clean and always easy and pleasant to shop.The aisles are always well organized and very well stocked.Their prices are pretty reasonable on the items they sell here.They carry a good selection of clothing, accessories, health and beauty items, electronics, housewares and more.There are always plenty of registers open here so you won't have much of a wait when you want to go ahead and pay for your items.There is a huge parking lot so parking is pretty easy here.The store staff provides good service and is always eager to help you find what you need.

I've grown on up on this Target and I can proudly say that I never have a hard time looking for what I need. Automatic win in my book. Every time I go, it's well stocked, there's plenty of staff floating around if you need help (and if not then they are busy stocking), and this specific location is HUGE. Online you can select "Watertown" as the location and it will tell you the aisle the item could be found in store. I've done this before and it's worked! My items really ARE there. Awesome feature and even more awesome that it works. The parking lot outside is huge. It really seems like the parking lot is used by only Target customers (which is nuts because it's massive and is always at least half full) and then the higher up the hill you go, there's even more parking, but that seems more for Chase customers *lets take a moment to remember when this was a Friendly's aka the best peanut butter friend-z one could ever have*. Fitting rooms are typically closed and it's always going to be busy inside, but that's Target for ya!Friendly staff, it's got all the goods, and the self checkout is also efficient-- I'm never waiting for a register to open up!

Decent Target. Nice to find my mochi ice cream and mandoo dumplings. I liked the clearance section but didn't buy anything. I also like that they don't charge for bags.

The WORST Target ever. Everything is locked up and you have to wait forever for someone to unlock it. The tech person was lazy and not knowledgeable. Order on Amazon instead. Total waste of time. I love Target but will never shop here again.

So target has decided to lock just about all of their everyday essentials (deodorant, toothpaste, lotion, shampoo, detergent, vitamins, etc) behind glass cases now. While I believe this is a dreadful business decision, my feelings are decidedly mixed. I will give two stars for the store. One star instead of five, because of the terrible inconvenience and inefficiency of this new system. Between my busy schedule and social anxiety, I absolutely hate it. However, I will actually give them a bonus star, because this new way of doing things will actually save me a ton of money in the long-run. I will no longer be filling up my cart with a bunch of things (many of which I probably don't need tbh) because these products are no longer accessible. Therefore, I will have to be very intentional about absolutely everything I buy, and will likely save thousands of dollars over the course of a year. So thank you, Target, for ensuring that most of my hard earned money stays right in my pocket.

I was searching for an adapter, a tricky purchase, and wished to open the plastic package to know what I was about to pay for, and so I politely asked the twenty-something shelf-stocker if I could peek inside and was met with a contemptuous 'I would prefer if you didn't'. Bought the adapter, ashamed. I have not encountered a single YouTuber at this location.

2.5 star is very accurate reflective of this location. It's the only Target in this area, so it gets busy at all hours of the day. The parking lot is for the entire Watertown mall. There is also a bus stop outside, so it's easily accessible. I've been here so many times. The location is convenient. In terms of the store "quality" compared to other locations, I think 3 stars is pretty accurate.

Never, ever, ever buy clothes here.Not only have they closed all the single person fitting rooms throughout the store, but they've also blocked off two of the fitting rooms in the main one. I spent twenty minutes waiting to use one of the three available rooms, and WHOOPS! It turned out Target had forgotten to unlock one of them.Never coming back here for clothes.

Although this is a HUGE location with a lot of great varieties of things (especially home decor and clothes) it's rather understaffed and the lines for check out or self check out are ALWAYS INSANE!

Worst service @ Target ever!!! No employee would help me at checkout out. They kept just passing me on to the next co worker.
