I have a lot of fond memories in this Target since childhood, and can confirm that shelves are fully stocked 99.9%, and as for that 0.1% you can usually ask and they'll likely have it in inventory. The online ordering system here is also very efficient and quick, and I've gotten packages all prepared and ready to go here within a timely manner of two hours. They have everything from home goods, to groceries, to the latest Apple product. Just bought an Xbox controller today and the staff in the tech aisle were very helpful. Also, the lines during Labor Day are efficient and go quick for Back-to-School shopping, so don't fret! I will be back again and again!

Thank you Target for making shopping a complete pain in the butt by locking up everything I went in to buy. I saved a couple hundred dollars by not buying things. Once home I ordered my items from other sources (non Target affiliates). And I still saved time and money. It's pointless to lock everything up. Once items are placed in a cart, these items can be boosted from another location in the store. The only thing locking items up accomplishes is preventing customers from making purchases. Not returning. Funny thing is, I realize I don't need to shop at Target.

Terrible customer service. Employees are rude and lazy.

Most of the items I planned on buying were available, the store was clean and organized, and my cashier was friendly and efficient with check out. Thank you, Target of Watertown!

This is the closest target to me and where I would go for everyday essentials like soap, skin care products, toothpaste, etc. they’ve since locked up all these goods and the associates take too long to arrive. Quick trip becomes 20+ mins. I usually need several things are one time, which means the associate either has to follow me from aisle to aisle or I call them multiple times.I do pick up orders only now when I need basics, easier than waiting for an unlock!

I’ve tried to buy clothes here twice and the fitting rooms were closed both times (before the store was closed). I found this really inconvenient.

This target is a joke now. Almost everything is locked up and as others have said, there’s nobody working to help. I have actually tried waiting at the cases but I am usually ignored, so it doesn’t seem worth it to buy product from here anymore. Instead of locking up toothpaste, why don’t they close the checkout section that’s left unattended and leads out into the mall. Corporate also needs to higher more people.

Everytime I go to this target they have 4 self checkouts open with a line to the back of the store , they don't restock trading cards ever . If you're looking for a well stocked store go somewhere else . They have had the same inventory in the sports card section since December . Ps , don't try and call before hand , they will not answer and if they do they will put you on hold until you hang up . Would give 0 stars if I could

With the new policies implemented everything is locked up, toothpaste, deodorant, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, underwear, socks, baby formula, vitamins, medicine. This in itself is not the issue as shoplifting has risen a lot in the past few years but staff take 5 minutes to open the door for you and when you need to buy a few things that are locked up it can turn a 3 minute trip into an almost 20 minute trip. Needs more efficient door opening by the staff

The recent policy of putting half the products behind locked windows has ruined the shopping experience here. You want a thing, you press a button, wait 2 minutes, no one shows up. Not to mention it’s insulting to treat every customer like a shoplifter. (Why don’t they just check items at the exit if theft is such a problem?) I used to come here for staples but I’ll go elsewhere now.

Yeah, I don't think I'll be shopping here because they are locking up the guys' underwear tank top and socks. You have to press a button on the display case and somebody may come and help you.

Our first Target we ever visited. Love it. When we even moved to California and visited it once in a while it looked a bit less organized and not clean, but still love it

For the most part it is a store that has stuff. Better off sticking to bedding and clothes. WILL NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THIS STORE. the absolute worst. Bought frozen meals, the box wasn’t open but the meal in the box was. Bacon purchased, was expired. There is no oversight on this and when you call to address it, their automated system hangs up on you when you try to talk to guest services.

Really poor customer experience. I asked a sales associate where the humidifiers were and she just scoffed “I don’t know” and didn’t even try directing me to someone else to help. Then, at the Starbucks, I spent 10 minutes waiting in line even though I was only the second person in line. One of the baristas was taking all the orders and making the drinks, while the order barista was doing inventory of milk, rather than focusing on the customer. Very strange experience.
