“I thought my car was totaled when a semi backed into it while making a delivery at PJ Kennedy & Sons. That driveway is notorious! This happened just before Thanksgiving and two weeks after putting in new $500 brakes. I did not have collision or rental coverage. PJ Kennedy gave me the name and phone number of the driver (a worker with no money or power) but not the vendor (whose insurance was actually liable). The detective at C11 was useless. Martin Lynch at M&S offered to repair the frame at no charge, and my insurance’s comprehensive coverage paid for the rear glass with zero deductible. Thanks to M&S, I was able to get my car back. You can’t put a price on that! Ten stars all the way.”

“Stephens saved my car! I have a 01 Toyota that was hit in the wheel well. You can’t even tell there was any damage at all! Even color matched the bumper and fender (didn’t even know that was possible regarding the cars age) the job was done so quick too. Car was also so clean when I got it back. “Pretty good place to take car in for repairs and maintenance. I miss Jerry. Fred is pretty nice. Tony is really knowledgeable and funny. And last but not least- Gil is the most funny and great guy! I sometimes just stop by to say hi to Gil. Gas is more expensive there, though. That's a bummer but their pumps always stay busy! Oh and the air for the tires is great! Automatically stops when tire is full!”

I live on an incredibly narrow Somerville Street, and he managed to push my car out of the driveway and get it onto his truck with absolutely no fuss, and in under five minutes.
