After moving to Boston, I needed service performed on my Toyota. I ended up scheduling an appointment with Toyota of Watertown for a tire rotation and oil change. Upon pulling into the garage for my appointment, the porter gave me an extremely unwelcoming, almost aggressive stare. He then threw his arms up as if to judge me for making my appointment. Instead of welcoming me, he tersely asked if I had an appointment. He immediately asked me for my vehicle registration, which I thought was unusual as I had never had a vehicle service porter ask me this. I tried giving him my keys, but instead of taking them, he angrily yelled "WHERE IS IT [the registration]?!?!?!"Not wanting to judge a young worker - possibly at his first job - I handed him my registration. If this was the extent of my negative experience, I would've probably not even written this review.Unfortunately, when I got my car back, my rims were scratched, gouged, and damaged, clearly indicating that whoever serviced my car did not care about the quality of their work and rushed through my tire rotation.I would not recommend Toyota of Watertown for any vehicle service.

Had the best experience with Randy! Stopped by Toyota of Watertown only to see what I like and didn’t like in cars. I ended up signing for a car I absolutely LOVE. Randy definitely goes above and beyond for his customers! Not only that, but he is attentive and does not just sell a car just to sell a car. He truly cares for who he’s helping out. Thank you Randy!!

The only reason I come to this dealership for service is because of Danny (Daniel). He's always been good to me personally; as a spectator I see that he gives everyone else the same courtesy, respect, and level of service as well. I live 20 miles from this dealership and have gone to several dealerships for service and none of them have been able to make me feel welcome like Danny. Have I mentioned that he's the only reason I travel far to get my service done? If you want to feel like you're coming to see an old friend/family, Danny is the guy to come see. His vibe and energy is definitely top notch for customer service. Toyota, do the right thing - give this man a raise, sheesh!

I scheduled an appointment to look at a used car I was very interested in. I was right on time but the car wasn't there. Apparently due to limited space, they store cars in a remote lot a few miles away. While I was waiting, a few of the employees were talking loudly and joking And swearing. I walked over and pointed out to the guy that his language was offensive, and there was a family with a couple young kids closer than I was. I then waited outside and almost left. Turns out the guy was the sales manager. He came up to me after my test drive and apologized. He said "I didn't even know I was using the F word". It was just normal for him to speak like that.It was like being at an unprofessional used car dealer, with its stereotypical used car salesmen, run by vulgar and profane sales managers. Couldn't wait to leave. Prior to that I had visited Lexington and Danvers Toyota. They were each bad in their own ways. Good cars, bad dealers.I didn't buy the car there, but bought the same model the same day at a much more professionally run (non-Toyota) location.

We had an excellent experience at Toyota of Watertown, and we have our Consultant, Chase, to thank for that. Chase helped us purchase the exact vehicle that we wanted for the price we felt comfortable with. It was such a simple process and we have Chase to thank. It's been a few months, but we can still say today that we love our Tacoma just as much today as we did the day that we purchased it, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thank you, Chase! We'll definitely be back.

My wife and I just took possession of our 2023 Prius Prime XES. We live in West Hartford, CT and purchased this car sight unseen and could not be happier with the entire transaction. This review is for the collision center as well as Toyota of Watertown. Recently, I used the collision center and was fortunate to work directly with Marcos. I can't say enough positive things about our exchanges and the work that their center provided. Really excellent- my car came back looking new!I've serviced my car at Toyota of Watertown for years now and purchased my most recent car there. The staff have been efficient, professional, kind and courteous. The work is completed on time, quotes provided and prices are competitive. In all my years working with Toyota of Watertown, I've never been disappointed.

Chuck was incredibly professional and kind in the service department advising what would be done on my Corolla's 15k miles maintenance.They also gave my car a much needed complimentary car wash. Was planning to go to the wash after, but they saved me a trip.

I always get great service here, but recently they went above and beyond.. I had a stripped lug nut that I needed to get removed. I had a morning appointment, but was then told they were too busy to help me and I would need to come back later in the week.. I then spoke to the manager at the desk who saw I had my two kids with me, and that it was a simple quick issue they could address, so he took my keys and said he would call when they were done. Not even 2 hours later they called and the car was done! Fantastic service!

Marcos is the BEST! So thorough, took the time and made calls to help me get rental coverage as I was not at fault for my accident. All my questions and concerns were addressed with confidence and grace. You gotta go to him if you’re having auto body damage!

I had an excellent experience with Chase at the Watertown dealership. From the moment we met, she was incredibly helpful, kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. She was dedicated to making my experience a positive one and was patient and flexible, going out of her way to work with my busy schedule. I had looked at some comparable cars at other local dealerships and private sellers, but ended up going with one from Watertown largely because of how comfortable I felt with Chase. This is a Toyota dealer like any other. But in New York, you might find trying to buy a car is very difficult if you need to get a transit license plate. I thought John did a beautiful job. Helping me to understand what's happening with the Toyota sales. And how long it's going to take for my car to come in. Remember, in New York many of the dealers. Either require that you are a resident and can show a license to buy a car

Purchased a new Camry a few months ago. Since dealers in MA were selling at MSRP, we didn't try to negotiate. That was a bit painful since we're usually savvy negotiators, but it did make the process (beyond the price) painless. We didn't finance through Toyota, and they didn't push us to do so, or try to sell us warranties or extras we didn't want. I appreciated that. The salesman we purchased from was low key, and responsive when we had questions about our delivery date. The one who helped us on the day we picked up the vehicle was great at explaining the new car's features. Can't speak to the service department, but for buying car under current conditions, this was a good choice.
