Calling UPS is a nightmare and so frustrating!! Humans do not exist here and it’s impossible to get transferred to one. Terrible customer service! I was home during the specified time frame assigned by UPS but the driver never rang my bell. He left a tag on the door. I called UPS but there is only an automated system that does not understand English. There needs to be a better way. I tried online with the same result. UPS makes a ton of money and they can’t even hire people to solve issues. Thumbs way way down.

Although I have to come twice to pick up my package (the ups customer service number is extremely unhelpful and very rude), Chet has been wonderful of helping me locate my package. Staffs are really nice and helpful here. Just a note that the customer center is not opening in the weekends so don’t get fooled by Google’s hour.

Only posting one star, because zero is not available. The piece of junk that answers the phone does not have the necessary prompts to help you with anything other than tracking a package which anyone can do online. It’s a colossal waste of time to call this number.

The staff there are amazon. The minute u walk in they greet you. Ask how they can help. I have walk to other customers counter you won't get a simple hi,. Although it's in watertown I would still drive there

My package left this facility in route to my location and was dropped off completely damaged. So much so, that the tape holding it together was ripped open. I usually don’t make complaints like this, but this involves my health. I take auto injections every week for lupus. An autoimmune disease that’s very serious and detrimental to my health. Whoever delivered my package disregarded the fact that its fragile and threw it up on my steps. I won’t be filing a claim, but for future reference you might want to make sure that your drivers are more adequate and aware that they are handling products that could help someone’s life.

The staff here were incredibly helpful and kind, even when the rest of the UPS system was screwing me over. They helped me get my important medication, even across the street to the warehouse to find it themselves. In the past week I've generally had a dismal experience with UPS but a wonderful experience with this location.

Went to this UPS store on Arlington Street in Watertown for the first time today. Had the most helpful gentleman assist me. Sorry I didn’t get his name, he was an older gentleman, very kind, very professional and extremely helpful. Kudos to him for being such a kind person.

I had a great experience here. The workers were kind, friendly and helpful. I brought in an oversized Amazon package, and one of the men ran out to help me carry it in when he saw me struggling in the parking lot. Appreciated the thoughtful gesture!!I would say though that the signage on the door could be clearer. It made it seem as though I couldn’t ship my package out of this location. Id make the sign on the door clear & straightforward that you accept package drop offs all ready to go in a box but you don't accept or package loose items.

Called before to confirm the operation time and the agent assured they open till 6pm. But arriving with a paper note on entrance saying “close at 3pm”. There is no update on Google map. Wasted me one hour for nothing.

Exactly the same experience as everyone else. Delivery driver did the worst job delivering my package. No notice. 3 times of failed attempts even though I was waiting right outside my door for the whole day. Whoever it is, they need to get fired. The whole UPS system is also ridiculous, asking people to wait for the whole day for a package that never gets delivered. I called the customer service and they were also the least helpful people ever. They not only refused to give any compensation for all the inconvenience caused, but charged me extra when I had to go out of my way to pick it up. what kind of nonsense is this?The most frustrating delivery experience ever in my whole life. If I need to make 10 calls and wait for 3 failed attempts for all my packages I might as well not choose delivery.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. UPS hires people who do not know how to do their job! I ordered an item that I paid to have redelivered which did not happen; they are supposed to try to redeliver three times! Then I requested it to be picked up in the Watertown office where I live nearby and they had it sent to NJ to be picked up. No one wants to do their job anymore. Everyone is incompetent, rude and does not care. My next step is to file a formal complaint with their corporate office.

Honestly I am so irritated because UPS said my package was delivered, but I have a ring camera and they never came And I was home all day. I tried contacting support to see if they just didn’t deliver my package and to see if maybe it was at one of their warehouses so I could go pick it up if that was the case and I got no help at all. I just want my package and they either stole it or god knows what. It contained over $100 worth of goods.

They stole my husband's phone. Last February 8 my husband send his all phone to Verizon from this location. One of the employee switch his Samsung Galaxy Ultra S22 ultra 5g for a Galaxy s4.When he went to the store to speak with the employee who help him with the package he denies what he did and even told my husband to leave the store!!!My husband is going to make a police report on this person and this store as well!
