If I could zero stars, I would.Unfortunately, I'm here to echo the many negative reviews previously posted. I went in to drop off 3 packages with one package-less Amazon return code and was rudely greeted with, “How do you expect me to return these items with one code?” My honey asked if they could tape the items together which were still in their original Amazon mailers and the lady behind the counter told us we would have to buy the tape and boxes necessary to ship it OR call Amazon to figure it out. I knew this information was incorrect as I’ve returned multiple Amazon package-less items before — many with one code for more than one item — so we left and drove the 5 minutes to the Belmont location. We will never be doing business here again.

This store could be great but it’s run by someone who is penny pinching and not providing the best of services. I’ve come here a few times and have not enjoyed the experience.Last time I was here, I tried to return an Amazon package, the package came in two but with one QR code. The cashier informed me, I needed to buy tape in order to wrap up the packages together to apply one label. That was the first time I heard this as I’ve gone to many other UPS store with an Amazon return for two items with one QR code.With not wanting to purchase the tape (over priced), I decided to go to the other UPS store on the other side of Watertown. No questions or issues with returning with ONE QR code.Since this isn’t the first time the UPS main st. has done this to me, I’m now more aware that this store specifically wants you to buy there items in order to deliver. Penny pinching for extra profits at the cost of the customer.Really, I came to return a Amazon package but three times have been made or requested to buy there box or tape when all other UPS does not practice this…

I agree with other previous negative reviews. The customer service is very poor here. I will be using other mailing services and drop off locations. DO NOT come here with Amazon returns unless you want a headache!

Shawn, the notary, was incredibly helpful. He took my passport photo and helped me get my forms mailed out. Very efficient and clearly knew what he was doing.

I use this store frequently for my shipping needs. Both gentlemen I run into on a regular basis are helpful and courteous... I am shocked to read these one-star reviews about rude staff. I'll often run in with my packages pre-labeled, drop it off, and it's no problem. Never had a negative experience. Maybe some folks expect to be waited on hand and foot by min. wage employees.

EXTREMELY RUDE white old man (sorry being stereotype but I can't help it). Went there to pick up two packages and only one was there. I only kindly asked whether it's possible to help me track the other one and he said he was very busy and had absolutely no time for this. I understand it's Monday morning and I decided to leave then he kept on complaining saying there are customers coming in and out but there was only me! When I left there was another person coming in and he said to me like "look! customers coming in and out" Super weird, rude and confusing.I had to say that my previous experience was fine with a guy of minority. He was very helpful and nice.

Totally agree with previous negative reviews. The man working in this location should not be in any customer service position. When I went to drop my Amazon return there were other customers preparing their shipments, when I handed the man my return he began making deep sighs and mumbling. He said “What do you have?”. My return had shipping label already attached, but since it was in original packaging it needed a bit securing with tape. When the man asked “How do you expect that to go?” I acknowledged that it could use some additional tape. With all other prior returns the UPS employee has always just take, secured, and handed me my receipt. I would have bought tape if it was this location’s policy, but instead this man lost it and started yelling, “You all expect me to do things for free!” All the customers just got their things together and left. This man should not be working with the public.

Avoid if you can! I went for a notary service, the notary person was the rudest I’ve encountered for a long time! I felt like a schoolchild being pushed around and given rude and unnecessary comments! She told me several times that I annoy her by standing next to her! Where was I supposed to stand! I needed to sing a document in her presence!! At the end she also told me to step away because she may have covid! Please avoid that location for your sanity!

Avoid this location. The staff is cranky and rude, particularly the woman who regularly works the counter. On top of this, they will nickel and dime you on everything. I tried to return something from Amazon, which specifically says bring your item unpacked along with your return barcode and simply drop it off at any UPS location, they will do all the work. The guy at the counter told me my item (an unopened quilt) was too big for the Amazon supplied bags and that I need to buy a box, and packing supplies, to return my item. I was not doing that. After I left with my item, the man behind me in line said the same guy tried to charge him $3 to print his shipping label for an Amazon return. I drove the 5 minutes to the Belmont location, walked in and told them I had an Amazon return. The guy at the counter asked for my barcode, scanned it, gave me a receipt and wished me nice day. Lesson learned.

Like others reviewers, I was also told that I needed to pay $3 for them to print out the shipping label. I ended up printing it for free at the library and affixed it with scotch tape. When I returned to drop off and ask for a receipt, the person at the register admonished me for using scotch tape but helped me affix it with their pouch for free. I didn't say anything in case they wanted to charge me extra for the pouch thing.

The worst place that I visited ever! The old man and woman both like in their 60's were EXTREMELY RUDE! I went there to drop off two heavy packages. After scanning the Amazon barcode, they suddenly asked me (who was a woman less than 100 lbs) to move the two heavy packages (each about 50 lbs) from their front desk to their back warehouse... Both the old man, and woman never ever willing to offered a hand helping me....If I did not do that, the old man said with a very rude, un-respectful voice and waving his hands "If not, just GET OUT THERE with your stuff!" Sounds like they could not wait me to leave their store, like evicting an enemy... I was very astonished. Finally, I had to call my friend, (a guy) came to the UPS for helping me to move the packages from their front desk to their warehouse. Also, no one helped us though they were not busy. I went to so many other UPS store, no one ever asked me do to this. Even if I needed to do this, at least being polite and know how to respect people.P.S. the young gentleman (staff) who helped me last month was super polite, warm and helpful. I wish all the best for him.

Aovid This UPS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! It only ruins your day and mood. Absolutely the worst customer service I ever met in my whole life. Don't trust and give them second chance. They didn't change in the past several years.Like everyone already mentioned, the senior couple owners are extremely rude. They treat you like TRASH. Also, they didn't wear UPS uniform. The woman didn't know anything. No wonder so many negative reviews. Go literally anywhere else.
