The only teller closed up the post office while I was filling out my envelope claiming that he had to go to his other job and there was no coverage. Obviously a failure of management to be so understaffed, but still a poor visit when I walked across town to mail a package only to be turned away

the guy working the desk solo the past two times i’ve stopped by this week is so patient, personable, and friendly. i’m sorry i didn’t get his name. this location has the best customer service i’ve experienced. thank you!!

The mailman delivered to the incorrect address, left it with a note for him to take it, he ignored the note, I called the post office and they laughed , typical service from people who could not care less

Its been a while since ive been to the post office & even though i had a million packages and labels and qrcodes and papers- the worker was super patient in telling me what was missing and waiting for me to make those updates . Also super patient in fulfilling the multiple transactions and boxes. The prices arent bad either for the packaging supplies. A smaller location but they had everything i needed. Parking is a bit of a hit or miss but very smooth process overall! Thank you for your kindness and patience.

The fact that this post office is only open 9 AM to 5 PM weekdays (when everyone’s at work!) and it’s closed both Saturday and Sunday, they are also regularly closed for an entire hour in the middle of the day.
The only way you discover this is by going to the post office to find a handwritten note tacked to the door saying that they’re closed for lunch. Today it said “2-3 PM,”earlier in the Summer they were closed from 1 to 2 PM, which I also discovered via a note on the door, and why I showed up at 2:30 today. These lunch breaks are not shown anywhere online, and they never answer their phone, so you can’t even call ahead to check. I support staff taking lunch breaks, but a location with such limited hours should be staffed so a single lunch breaks doesn’t shut the whole place down, and if not, the closures should be a set time each day which is posted online.
So, you can attempt to visit this Post Office during standard work hours if you can get away, but good luck actually finding the place open.

Why is it half the times i come here it is closed for whatever reason. Door is locked and a line outside in the rain right now waiting for someone to come open back up it’s 330pm

This USPS office comes highly recommended by others and I can corroborate this sentiment.
Raph (or Raf?) was an absolute class act today, working diligently alone at the counter during the busiest season of the year. He kindly helped me mail ~210 lbs. of stuff back to California, and made one of the most difficult parts of moving after graduation go quickly and easily.
Although, some random lady who did not understand how weight and dimensions affect shipping costs did cuss him out in both English and Ukrainian over $24. He took it like a champ and still helped the rest of us out with a smile. Definitely a better man than I would have been in that situation.

The lady that works there is one of a kind. She should be the face of USPS nationwide. I guarantee you, there will be less problems with customer service at the USPS. Bravo!

We visited here on July 1st, 2024, around 11:30 am. There were two clerks. The man was very nice and kind, telling us exactly what we needed while we lost. It was very helpful. And the woman did our delivery. They were kind and efficient. It was one of the most delightful experiences in the U.S.

Very bad experience visiting this office. I've been there twice, both in the afternoon and both times the office was closed with a paper on its door said the place will be reopened after roughly an hour. what a waste of my time.
