We opened an account at Watertown Savings Bank this week. Niki Athanasopoulos was our customer service agent. She was outstanding! She handled everything in a professional and kind manner.She explained every detail.!Thanks so much Niki!

Worse customer service I have ever experienced from a bank. Trying to help my mom create an Maintain and online account. It's so unfriendly and the folks at the bank are so rude about all of it. I'm so tired of dealing with these people and I don't even bank here. I feel terrible for my mom who is 73 years old, learning technology to have these people to support you. Absolutely ridiculous, disgusting, demeaning people.

The people who work at this bank are lovely, but gosh are they stuck in the technological stone age. I can walk into the Bank of America across the street withdraw $10 of quarters from the teller by just swiping my debit card and punching in my PIN; at Watertown Savings Bank this requires filling out paperwork by hand and the teller manually comparing the signature on your license to what you signed. The Online Banking platform is very outdated and difficult to use too.

Long time loyal customer plus my whole family banks there too....they have zero empathy even now in a pandemic. I'll be changing banks for sure!!! Shame on them!!!

Its a shame that 1 star is the lowerest because after 20 years with this bank they have ZERO empathy for loyal customers. There is no reason to choose this bank over a "Real" bank as they couldnt care less to help you. Customer service is useless and the bank President and Vice President dont care about anything except that your just a number with their bank, with that said you're better off using a "Real" bank and at least have the convenience of more ATM's and branches to choose from. I'm not sure who's voting them to be best of anything because they suck.

If I could give this bank negative stars I would. Plain and simple avoid this outdated bank . The staff is rude and just not helpful. The services are limited and and are exactly that LIMITED. I have been banking with this bank for 10 years and have never once received even one star service. Unfortunately I am immobile and live on Main Street in Watertown so I don't have much options. Strongly recommend to not use this sad excuse for a bank.

Poor website with little info (can't find a way to see full account code) which requires multiple phone calls or visits (not fun with their hours). Had an issue with an account and they made me get multiple copies of forms I had already submitted. They agreed they had it at one time--and it didn't expire, but they couldn't find it and needed a new one. Due to moving i had lost the form. Took 6 months back adn forth with IRS to get form. and this was all so i could view my own account online. Hate them
