Took money out of the ATM at church street location. One of the $20 bills was ripped. They refuse to replace it, they want me to go back to the original store location in watertown. Only 20% of the bill was missing. Under US regulations they are obligated to accept the bill. WSB violated federal regulations.Never get money out of Watertown savings bank ATM. Money is never crisp it's always wrinkled and always have markings all over. Horrible customer service, very disappointed. I've been a customer with them for over 20 years. Thinking about switching banks.
