Unsafe drivers that do not know the rules of the road. One of their trucks ran a red light going 50mph in a 30mph zone during rush hour, incredibly jarring and unsafe. Do business with people who know how to drive.

The long search for an honest, affordable, and knowledgable mechanic is over. Armando is the guy you want taking care of your car. I've been to seven mechanics in the area and none is even close in regards to customer service and proactive car care.Great tow company too, if you are lucky enough to get them on a AAA call.

Both the lady answering the phone and the tow truck driver were very kind. We popped a tire on our Mazda Miata - a fun little car, but sadly not equipped with a spare tire. Watertown Towing had our car towed to a nearby tire shop within 20 minutes. It was as positive of an experience as it could have been!

Accessed a dead as a doorknob modern Jaguar w/ completely failed electrical system today. Key fobs not working. Got into vehicle cleanly and delivered safely. These guys are the best, don't bother with anyone else.

Needed a tow to local mechanic due to car starter not working. I was told they could be here in about an hour since their driver was working a job at the moment. At almost an hour to the minute, Eric from Watertown Towing arrived. I can't say enough good things about how he handled my baby (aka my car). Upon arrival, we went over what we thought the possible issues were, he suggested a local mechanic who specializes in my brand of car, he drove me to the garage we were en-route to, etc. He was very careful and meticulous about getting it out of my driveway and onto his flatbed tow truck. Once we arrived to the garage, he was just as careful having it brought off of his truck and told me "I treat every car as if it's a Ferrari" - AWESOME. If I ever need a tow again (crossing my fingers I won't), I will be using Watertown Towing again.Service: Car towing

Had to use them for a nighttime tow on a weekend. They were super helpful, and the guys at the shop were very fair and honest. For an out of town person breaking down while passing through, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I called to get my Prius towed to a service station. Kelvin M who showed up was quick, courteous and efficient. He was actually 5 minutes earlier than the estimate, and didn't complain when he had to wait for me to meet him. He suggested that I just needed was a jump start, which I didn't realize could be necessary for a hybrid, didn't complain at digging through the various stuff I had in my trunk to get to the battery, started it, saving time and probably money. The young man who towed my car did a marvelous job. He took it from a tight parking spot and pushed it to the garage door so he could hook it to the truck. Everything was a tight squeeze.he was also very nice.
