I had a good experience shopping here but I didn’t ask for any advice or help. Browsed around and used the dressing room twice to try on scrubs. Some items don’t have a price tag directly on them but I was able to find my favorite brand there which was same price as Amazon.

Stars are for how the Store is clean and organized for how small it is and amount of product. Although, They don’t offer student discounts and upon checking out. The cashier accused me of stealing. I came into the store in navy scrub bottoms. Due to leaving my college clinic site. Needing a second set for my rotations. I put a set of the Skechers brand on the register and a single pair of scrubology asking if they are cheaper than marked. She didn’t bother to scan but bothered to say to me “you still have a pair on”. If I did not need these scrubs in such a short notice, I wouldn’t have even bought them. I honestly hate that I had to buy them and I couldn’t have waited to get to the dedham location or Amazon.

Horrible company! Place an order to ship NDA and 5 days later I asked for an update and was told let me check with the vendor... Um no you should have checked with the vendor 5 days ago. Next email seconds later I asked for a refund and they told me sorry can't but will ship with a return label. So they just want me to lose the $70 next day shipping charge even though they just confirmed that nothing has shipped yet. They are horrible for customer service. I am a small business owner and customer are EVERYTHING! Such a shame companies start growing and can't see this. Let alone its just common respect to not treat people such a way. If the product had already shipped yes I understand that when I return I would lose my shipping money. BUT nothing has shipped yet! Thanks fellow American!

Apparently, this store does not need anymore business.The sales person was unfriendly and unpleasant with no offer to help mefind what I needed.I left the store empty-handed with no intention of returning.I will not have to put up with an attitude when I shop Amazon.

Awful customer service! I got 2 jackets - 1 that I was going to pay and another for someone else. So I asked to pay separately so I could get two different receipt. That blonde lady with glasses asked me in a rude way “why I wanted it separately “ and gave me an attitude.I am a customer that is paying almost $300 in that store and I don’t think I need to justify why I need two receipts! This is ridiculous. Just do your job right without asking too much questions! Come on!

Make sure you buy shoes that you are sure of and have worn the same before.I just threw $ 125 in the trash for some slip resistant shoes that made me tighten after wearing them at my work (obviously I measured them at the store) but one day after my purchase they did not want to return the money, nor did they offer any other solution.

I went there and ask for a pair of work boots from the shelves. They told me the only one pair was on the shelve and wasnt my size. I paid and ordered with them 10 days ago. Still waiting for the order to arrive. I do not recommend it.

The only place in the area that carries steel toed boots! Great selection, fair prices and great customer service! Highly recommend this place. Its inside the mall across the the DMV incase you can't find it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEE. the so called manager is by far the rudest Woman I’ve met before and let me tell you I work retail I’ve seen it all. They try to sell you shoes and if you don’t end up liking them they say they aren’t “responsible” They don’t take responsibility for their OWN product and there was no satisfaction with that place AT ALL.
