We purchased a Certified Used (dream car) from Herb Chambers, Bentley Boston. My wife and I worked with the GM Brad Taylor and our Client Advisor was Benjamin Boomer. What a truly excellent experience as honesty and integrity was exhibited throughout every aspect of the transaction. The vehicle was in showroom new condition, despite being (certified) used. Pricing was very fair, the buying process was easy, and Benjamin was incredibly thorough, patient and caring as he answered numerous questions and programmed our tech. He was proactive and followed up numerous times to make sure that we were happy. These 2 gentlemen and this dealership exceed all expectations and I could not recommend them more due to the exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and high-quality vehicles.

Why is the building so OLD? Listen, if I am buying a half a million dollar vehicle I want the sizzle, steak, and the side dishes with that. You have a golden product hidden in a less than mediocre building. I want to see 20+ ft. ceilings, a garden in the background, quartz floors, and lots of glass and reflective surfaces everywhere. Spotlights galore with smoke shows asking what I would like to drink, and whether will I be paying cash or credit. Buying a BENTLEY (or vehicles of similar STATUS) should be an EXPERIENCE, a destination, and not an added stop. Brad, I wish you the best, but it will be difficult to prosper in this environment. Remember this clientele can just hop on a helicopter or Acela and be in NYC in less than 3 hours with first class treatment. Take a page out of Bentley NYC and make it better.
