The "manager"is always with an attitude and super rude. Does not care to help customers and resolve issues even thougb they have made a mistake on a prescription.

I just went into cvs for a couple of items today at 9pm, and was delighted by the service i received. The man at the cash register was super helpful and patient with me. He helped me find what I needed and also gave me a couple of other suggestions on different items. thank you very much for your help today

Overpriced pharmacy and staff that doesn't pick up a call.

Bad service (they hate taking time to check your coupons so you'd be better off trying it at the self service machine). They are also so slow with prescriptions that I started getting mine from a different pharmacy. When you try to call them to ask where your prescription is, they never pick up the phone. If you want your medications on time, go through a different pharmacy or location.

Honestly, the staff look like they're working very hard to help people and give good service. I'm sure it's not easy to fill prescriptions for people who appear to be in a bad mood before they even walk in the store. Judging by some of the other reviews i'm reading on here, I'm not surprised that the staff may be tired and stressed by the patrons. They have always been very polite with me and prompt. A couple times they even went out of their way to recommend particular medications for my infant. I consider them very helpful, and am grateful.

They are constantly short-staffed. The pharmacists make consistant mistakes. Doctor's have to send and re-send prescriptions while this CVS constantly claims that they, "didn't receive the prescription", and yet the Doctors office definitely sent it and resend it and resend it. Staff is rude and unapologetic for not having orders ready when they should be. I've been in line and hear them telling other customers who's prescriptions are not ready that they can send it to another pharmacy or wait a few days...for things like antibiotics! They should just fire everyone in the pharmacy and get a whole new staff.

I have been using this pharmacy since they have opened. In the last year and half they have gotten extremely rude, nasty and just very unhelpful. This last time may have been the last straw I called 2 times just to let the phone ring for 20 mins at a Time. Eventually my husband went down to see what was going on with my prescription, the first women who helped him was EXTREMELY RUDE. Didn’t have a name tag, then he said Danielle came over to help, and was very polite. This wasn’t the first time we’re we’ve tried getting our meds and either we don’t get it for 4 day (which isn’t helpful when you need your medication) or they tell you they are taking your medication off the shelf after just notifying you the day prior, or the pharmacist’s are just plain rude. If it weren’t for Danielle there would have been 1 star.
