I love Midflesex bank , just not this branch . They don’t have anyone designated for the drive thru and you sit there forever . I also do not like the new set up inside . They should have left it the way it was. Downtown Natick is the best !

Honestly worst experience I've had with a bank. Absolutely rude and condescending bank teller. I wanted to open an account but after my horrible experience I'll be looking elsewhere.

What sense does it make to close at 4 and most people work 9-5… super inconvenient!! Also why does it say that you close a 4:30 on front window?

So frustrated that Middlesex Savings Bank has let all of its business customers down. They didn't open the portal for the Payroll Protection Program until late in the afternoon on 4/3 and then closed it down after 90 minutes because they were swamped. Apparently big banks are where to be during a crisis. Bank of America here I come!
