Extremely rude! Went in to make a deposit I said hi to the teller Dina at the counter and didn't even receive an acknowledgment and was also just waved up by her to the counter. Not even a "I can help you here" After she made the deposit I said "thank you have a good day" and still did not receive a response back.... she was courteous and polite to the customer before and after me. Guess your not worth acknowledging unless your making deposits of thousands of dollar's at a time.

Basic banking services are OK. Of course when a merchant charged my credit-card hundreds of dollars for unauthorized services, TD ran me through the gauntlet asking for additional documentation and a written statement of my side of the dispute, which I provided in history and detail; only to be told by TD that I need to contact the merchant to resolve the dispute; only to have the merchant refuse to refund the charges. Not only did I provide ample documentation, I referred TD to myriads of Yelp reviews for this particular merchant -- all one-star terrible reviews with customers complaining of the same thing. Hello, what more do you need??? Thanks for nothing TD!

Unfortunately this review does not reflect the tellers or branch manager because they are all lovely. Would highly suggest going to another location for mortgage advising as we were given the absolute run around and constantly had to follow up after being ignored via email. Extremely unprofessional.

I have banked with TD for over 7 years. This branch is so bad I am actually changing banks. They are rude and inconsiderate. They do not help out with any situation and tell you they can't do anything every time you have a problem. The manager at this location is just as bad and just walked away mid conversation. I would highly recommend brookline bank or bank of america over TD.

I am a long time TDBank customer, and I have regularly found the service at this branch to be stellar, even during these crazy times. Although we cannot enter the bank, this branch has gone above and beyond with helping customers via the drive-through. I had to replace my bank card, and they were able to do it with ease. Today I was having difficulty reaching the 888 line, as well as contacting via the app, so I called the branch. The whole issue was resolved in less than three minutes. Talk about grace under pressure! Kudos to the Wayland branch!

25 years of banking with TD and can’t deposit a check !! I pulled into the drive through a 4:58 on a Friday afternoon to deposit a check. After sitting there for several minutes the other lane opened up so I proceed to the speaker. I was promptly met with a bubbly teller who promptly told me they close at 4pm. It was 4:03 and I explained that I was simply depositing a check. I was told to use the ATM. I asked if the teller was aware that is 4:03, mind you been sitting in line for 5-6 minutes, she informed me she was aware and they need to shut down there systems. It took longer to explain why she wouldn’t help than it would have to deposit the check. I work in the service industry and have relatives that work at competing banks, we are all going above and beyond to help customers. Clearly that is not the mindset of this bank. If I could give negative stars, I would. I will be exploring options to transfer all of my banking to my relatives establishment, at least they care

Been with them for years but service it plummeting. Some are helpful but always 15 - 20+ minute wait for tech support on phone. Many on phone very unhelpful, incompetent or rude. Have to call again and again to find a decent customer support person. Have had issues with many ATMs not working both walk up and drive up. Denied card one day on a Sunday and I was stuck without cash. On Monday customer service person wouldn't help. Other one stepped in and said my card expired and claimed a new card was sent. We finally, after 45 minutes figured out that it was sent to my old address. Turned out that when I notified them of my new address (online by myself) there are TWO places that needs to be done and I only did it in one place. Always the customer's fault. And how would I, the customer, know updating my address online was still not good enough? They have two separate databases of info that are NOT synchronized and the customer should magically know this? And for that I end up stranded with no money on a Sunday after they are closed. Now having problems with website. Can't stay logged in for more than a few seconds. Tried to fill in tech support request and can see it hasn't been updated in probably 10 years! How can I tell? Asking me questions like which computer operating system I am using and the choice is XP, Vista or other. Browser list has no Google Chrome on it. Very dated. I'm sure, after successfully using Chrome for years up until this problem erupted last week, they will say that it's my fault for using Chrome and ask me to get a new browser. That's the typical response. Can't wait 20 min on phone for that. Will have to take laptop and go into a branch. How is that considered convenient? Used to be great. Loved it for years. Past 1.5 years nothing but problems. And on Yelp, the branch I usually visit isn't even listed.

Very bad lending process very slow. They ask unrelated questions and obsess about items that does not make any difference in the qualifications . We have outstanding credit and very high income and it was still very painful to deal with their inexperienced team. I have 15 years of corporate banking experience I know incompetence when i see it. Stay away.

Nothing but issues with this bank at Multiple branches. Tried to close my daughters passbook savings and combine it with her new checking account. They closed the wrong child's account and then guess what?? Couldn't reopen it so had to sit there and fill out paperwork for their error. Have a small business account here because we thought why not? They have several branches close to us and great hours. Have been trying for MONTHS to get paid from an international company who is trying to pay us and can't seem to get the correct information form the bank. Been to Wayland, Edgel St Framingham bad Prospect St Framingham. This latest adventure was today when I went into the Prospect St branch spoke to the VP who helped me, or so I thought. Turned out I had the wrong info. Called the branch twice 10am and 11:20am to be told she was with other customers which is completely understandable but then called again at 12:30 to be told she had left for the day! But was given my messages! Was anyone going to call me? Nope! Can't wait to get away from this institution.

This is a convenient bank. Great location, opens weekends, and nice and helpful bankers. Nice and fancy inside.
