Service needs to be improved. We asked to try some gin and they refuse to check my ID in the phone saying I should have my id with me. We are clearly over 30 but they still didn’t accept a photo of my id so we left without trying so we didn’t bought it. Your lost in the end.

“A large selection of cigars. All well priced. Very laid back place. You can still smoke inside here. I have been there several times and it is good, old and full of character, if you are preferring fancy places this is not for you. Hard core smokers here.”

“Most amazing and awesome smoke shop ever! The owners and employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They're great with customers, even problem children like me. Their products are the highest quality with excellent prices. Their mall store is just as good.Honestly I cannot imagine why anyone would ever go anywhere else. They also have the BEST selection of cloves around. All in all if you don't try this shop you'll never know what you're missing.”

“Maybe I have average expectations as any place that has Guinness is usually good for me. The staff also are quick to help answer questions I may have. Plus, they are located near a grocery store if you need to grab some food, too. They have a decent selection of beer and I can usually find wine that matches my interest. I have found the staff to be friendly and never had an issue there so the other reviews seem uncharacteristic to me.”
