As with everything else: if you can exhibit some good cheer, patience, and understanding toward workers on the service front, your own "customer" experience is bound to be excellent! Try it & see.

Everyone is so nice & friendly. I had a special request with my wedding invites & save the dates and both staff members I spoke with were really helpful with my questions. I thought it might be a burden but nope! They took care of it all when we brought in the items. Great customer service.
