At first this store was five stars to me. But when I bought a ball joint for my Jeep Liberty 2002 I was given the wrong ball joint, and when I went back to let them know what happened the guy had the nerve to tell me that I was supposed to put it in the freezer so it can freeze and shrink and then put it in the car so that way it can go to its normal size. So just to see if what he was saying was true I went to AutoZone and a few other mechanics shops in the area and they all laughed, they asked me if I was joking. I will be going in tomorrow and get my money back, it's ridiculous and laughable what the guy said about freezing the ball joint. Tell me what you think about that

I purchase today earlier a coil pack and doesn't work they order a new coil pack and guess what doesn't work this people was very rude and refuse to return my money i won't use advance auto parts again the worst advance auto parts

Nate was extremely helpful to me and very patient I had to go in a few times for my headlights I couldn't change them myself and he changed them for me He helped me find the correct parts when I had the wrong ones and even when I had to keep going back he was always very helpful

Refused to return a part even though it was still in box and I had the recept said I was flagged for returning too much items even though it was only the second item I've returned and was on file for the stor manager to see. I refuse to spend any more of my money at any advanced after this altercation

I just had the best experience at advance, Chris K, went above and beyond to search the web to find the part I needed, he took 15 min and made it happen. Highly recommend go to advanced!!

I looked at all the auto parts stores on the Webster strip O’Reillys AutoZone cap and Napa didn’t have what I needed . Chris and Ray from advance auto parts found what I needed for my Dodge Ram highly skilled parts finder

Sent my Daughter for oil change supplies reassured her they would get her what she needed.. she took her car so they could tell what type of filter if needed. They said it took two types and wouldn’t look at her car… never using Advanced Auto again.. Quality and customer satisfaction is dead.

My teenage daughter had a battery in her Corolla that needed replacing. I sent her to the Advance Auto parts location in Webster for help. Everyone at the store was very nice and incredibly helpful. Bridget found her the right battery and even installed it for her on the spot (in the rain no less!) They had her in and out in less than 10 minutes. I am so grateful for their assistance. Highly recommend!

I went in to return a battery that I bought at a different advanced auto two weeks ago the battery ended up not working so I simply wanted to return it and get my money back. When I walked in I was asked by a young kid with black hair if I needed help I said I just need to return this battery and I handed him the receipt he then proceeded to ask why I was returning it and I told him that it didn’t work and I just wanted my money back he then told me that he couldn’t return the battery because the battery was from 2019 I told him no I just bought this battery two weeks ago and he said well because there’s a sticker on it that says 1219 I can’t take it well I bought this battery two weeks ago so apparently just because a sticker says 12/19 on it means I’m lying? Weird but okay the. A girl coworker decide she was going to jump I. And say we’ll even if it was bought two weeks ago we don’t return batteries ? Really ? Because I’ve returned batteries at advanced out before never had any issues until today. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl who was extremely rude decided she was again going to jump into the conversation yet again with her nasty attitude and tell me the manager isn’t here. What more could I do? Nothing so I left and will never return to this advanced. The definitely lost my business for good.

The store is nice and clean and they have a great selection but the employees are young and inexperienced. The person at the register asked me to join the club, I said no. I placed my order and paid it was $126. He then told me you should have joined the club it was free and you get $5 for every $50 you spend! If you had told me this before I purchased I clearly would have joined. If you're looking for windshield wipers this is your place. If there's any question about the part you're purchasing buy it from a more knowledgeable establishment
