Disgusting!!!!! Iam a disabled UNITED STATES ARMY Veteran. Used my valid photo military I.D. to pick up my prescription. clerk at the counter ask me if I had another I.D. That the system does not recognize a military I.D. and she had never seen one either!!!! Are you kidding me!!! When I showed my disgust to the clerk and gave her my driver's license. The young punk attitude came out in her. She was very disrespectful with the rest of my transaction. I immediately contacted CVS customer relations in R.I. Cooperate office. I requested to speak to a customer relations supervisor. Was left on hold for over ten minutes. When I ask the gentleman who kept putting me on hold his name, he disconnected me. Iam going to contact every news station in Boston, till someone listens to my story on how CVS treats the UNITED STATES MILITARY. Please support this post with a thumbs up.

Reliable and hard working employees in the pharmacy and store in general. It's a busy CVS. Expect to wait occasionally. It's a good CVS.

I do not usually take the time to write reviews, especially not-so-great ones, but the pharmacy needs help. Pick up line is always about a half hour wait. Then, far too many times my prescriptions were not ready or available. I am on a prescription that is considered a controlled substance and one of the pharmacy employees ALWAYS makes me feel incredibly judged when the particular drug is filled incorrectly (9 times out of 10). She lacks in Customer service skills greatly! I have moved to Walgreens on Main street.

How are people like me on the phone waiting to be answered for 30mins, 20 mins and 45mins in one day? Unfortunately, each time I have to get off the phone without getting through because I have to work, or a doctors appointment. I just have a question about side effect concerns about a medication that has already begun for a child. I live 45 mins away. I cannot just walk in. Left voicemails for doctors. Hopefully I hear from someone soon.

Been using the Webster, MA location for years. Staff is always polite, attentive and helpful. Some just get offended too easy If they dont get their way. thank you CVS

Worst cvs for the last 3 times I’ve had prescriptions sent there they never seem to have it in stock and I couldn’t get anything until days later . I’m no longer sending my medicines there . They also said they’ve been short stay 3 months ago . Covids over no one should be short staffed.
