This is the least caring pharmacy I have ever seen. I came at 1:30 on the dot with there gate still open and there were plenty of workers here but because of there lunch rules. Very insensitive!

This woman that runs this pharmacy is the most unprofessional person I have ever met the hospital called in my stepmoms script because her doctor forgot to put a refill on it but she refused to fill it and belittled me and my stepmom and now I have to sit here and worry about her having a seizure for she does not have any meds till her phone appointment at the end of the week so I advise everyone to boycott this pharmacy I will be bringing my business elsewhere

My husband went to pick up his prescription and was given the rudest customer service! I called when he got home and they hung up on me!!!!!! We have used this pharmacy for over 30 years! I have never had such rude service!! Cooperate please look into this location!!

Pharmacy takes way too long to fill orders. Customer service is awful. We drove up to pick up our order and without even looking up told us it wasn't ready and shut the window on us. I guess chewing gum and doing their nails is part of the job description now. Rude.

I have never had a problem with cvs until today. I just had heart surgery 3 weeks ago and I am on 5 new med,s. And I had one filled at umass hospital before I was discharged because it is a Blood thiner. So I dropped my bottle off at cvs on the 4th and they said that they would have it transferred over because I use cvs. But the Doctor would not let me leave the hospital with out it because he said if I miss one does of it I could die. So I went to cvs tonight to get all 5 of my meds. But they didn't have my most in portion med there. They said that she never gave the bottle to the pharmacy to have it transfer she must have thew it away I don't understand how they lost my bottle that is beyond me. But the pharmacy lady said that she would call umass tomorrow morning and get it taken care of. So we will see. This just blows my mind it has 9 refills on the bottle she had to those it away. So we will see what tomorrow brings. God bless all
