It was our first time filling with Liberty. Our tax preparer kata, was amazing, she explained everything in a proffessional manner, had patience with us, and at the end of all, she did an excellent job! We can highly recommend friends and family to her.

The best tax experience ever! Kata was extremely knowledgeable about what she was doing and immediately put me at ease. Felt like I was talking with a trusted confidant. I received a very Simple tax experience when I have had other experiences elsewhere that were not quite the same. This is the place to go if you want a fair tax return done by someone who clearly has a gift with numbers. I would never go Anywhere else!

Ania from the Webster office and Jill (Supervisor) are absolutely AMAZING!! So helpful and although we had a bump in the road pertaining to the IRS these ladies both worked non stop to ensure that I had the best experience. Thank you ladies so very much!

Tax season was and I’m sure is a very stressful time of the year for me and most people out there. Thankfully I found liberty tax in Webster and more importantly I found Ania. The service she provided was top notch and assisted me like she was handling her own taxes (obviously with the utmost care) I can’t stress enough! The girl that helped me knew what she was doing! I did my taxes at home at first. The first amount I got was thousands less than what she found. Will never do them anywhere else again!

I was pleasantly surprised when i got mu taxes done by Jill at Liberty Tax on Lincoln St I driven by, for years, but never went in Jill who is the manager of the office helped me get the best return... she asked great questions and took her time with me, and i learned a lot during the process I do recommend Liberty Tax highly, and I suggest asking for Jill, you wont be sorry
