Carole Dion our sales representative was just fantastic. She answered all of our questions and made us feel like vip’s. Long Subaru is a great place to purchase and service your vehicle. This was my third purchase of a Subaru car.

💯 better than Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. On time, no delays. One hour means one hour not three like Patrick Subaru and then blame it on you for coming late to an appointment. Which of course never happened. Long subaru is excellent, professional and on point.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Took me in at my appointed time. This was a standard service call but it was completed fairly quickly and the free car wash was an added bonus!

This is my second new car from Long Subaru. Both times the process was smooth and professional. My sales guy was very helpful and enjoyable to work with for both new cars and I will likely buy again down the line

Shawn McMurray was a very smooth easy going person who made working with so enjoyable. He knew is facts and when he had an opportunity to improve the sale by suggesting special interest rates. He did everything under the sun to ensure that there were few hiccups and when there were slight issues he called in support to correct quickly.
The registering and inspection of the new car was less than an hour. My prior purchase, we sat waiting for three hours. (Now you can see why we did not go back to this firm)

I will always come here for service for my Subaru. Everyone I've worked with there has been kind, accommodating, and goes above and beyond -- despite what must be such a stressful job at times. I had Abigail today as my service assistant and she was so sweet! She found a loaner vehicle for me, even though I had been told the night before there were none left. I highly recommend Long Subaru to anyone.

I have been going here for about 15 years. They used to be the most competitive on pricing. The last couple cars we got for thousands less with extras at another dealer but that's car shopping. Only met one salesmen there that came off sleazy and was obviously screwing us over and we just had to walk away from him mid sentence. But that was in the middle of covid. The service department is great. Nice waiting room. Convenient location off the highway. They also do inspection stickers. Not all dealers in the area do them. Service is always crazy expensive and often selling unessesary things. Please learn to change your air filters they are the cheapest and easiest service you can do yourself. It's insane what any dealer charges for that sort of stuff.

I essentially had one of the worst service experiences of my life here with the Service Center back in 2018.
I bought my car new, a Subaru Impreza 5 door, back in mid 2017. I took very good care of it and loved the car. My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I were driving home from a friends' birthday party when traffic on the highway slowed to a stop. The SUV behind us stopped. The car behind them did not. It hit them so hard they slammed into the back of our car. Fortunately no one was injured. But the back of my brand new car was smashed pretty badly.
We sat outdoors in 90 degree heat with our baby for over an hour as police came and took reports and were lucky enough to be able to drive away from the accident with our vehicle, rather than get towed. You would think the traumatic part of this story was over. But it was not.
It was important to me that I take my car to an authorized Subaru service center to get it repaired with authentic Subaru parts. My car was essentially a year old and I didn't like the fact that I was already in need of repair. Insurance had informed me we were 100% not at fault for anything and that everything would be covered. After calling around, Long informed me that they could handle the fix for me using all authentic Subaru parts.
Long was about an hour away from where I was living at the time, but it was worth it to me considering no one else seemed to be able to provide that service for me at the time. Insurance was covering everything, so I had a rental waiting for me when I brought the car in, and I was assured it would all be taken care of.
After waiting some time for it to all be fixed... I received a call informing me that everything had been repaired and my car was ready. I drove the rental down to Long expecting to pick up my car, good as new, and put this matter behind me.
Instead, when I arrived I was told I could go out and inspect the repairs. Everything looked ok except one part (a relatively large panel on the rear door right above the license plate) looked like it was clearly still broken and not even fully connected to the vehicle. Fairly taken aback by this... I went back inside and told the receptionist at the Service Center about the issue, and she called in the Service Manager. This person then proceeded to accuse me of lying about the accident history, told me I "was clearly in an accident prior" and he wasn't going to repair that part. This was my first (and only) accident in this vehicle. Again, I had purchased it brand new not even a year prior. And an SUV smashed into the back of my car. I have pictures of the damage... that part was clearly dead center of where the accident took place.
For me to wait as long as I did for the repair, after going through all we had, only to be told "all fixed!" just to take time off to drive all the way down and find my car still damaged, and then being accused of LYING about the damage and history, is absolutely insane. Standing there in the service center lobby... I explained he was wrong, explained that was absolutely not the case, and asked for it to be properly repaired.
EVEN IF YOU FELT THAT WAY... WHY would you return the car damaged??? Maybe call to discuss it first???
The Service manager, clearly reluctant and rolling his eyes at me, said ok, he'd order the part (which he assured me would be a new authentic Subaru part and not some junkyard aftermarket piece... but knowing this guy... I honestly don't even know what he did in the end) as if he was doing me some big favor. Again, insurance was fully covering this... So I left that day WITHOUT my vehicle, wasting over 2 hours of my time, only to be insulted and accused of lying after the service center tried to return my car to me DAMAGED insisting it was my fault.
Over a week later, I got the call to come get my vehicle. I picked it up and tried t
