Bad manager in inspection sticker
Kept rejecting my car for bracket mount over light bulb plate...fixed it still rejected me ..went to different garage it passed
The guy doesn't know the laws, wouldn't listen to me
Call rmv in front of him
Said he didn't care what they say...bad customer service definitely
Put complaint in with registery...they are going to investigation against macks
Never will I give them a good review

Got all my repairs done in the past. One 1 problem I just ran into it, noticed my air filter cover wasn't on all the way, and the hose to the air intake was off. I get it was in for an oil change. But it was enough to set off my service engine. It happens. I'm not mad. I love the work they did in the past and still plan on going to them.

Have been going to mac's for 20+ years. Now live 50 miles away and still are going there. There service is super. Very knowledgeable and never had any problems.

As always they were prompt in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle.
Called with the diagnosis result , had pricing in hand and respected my questions.
Polite, excellent service and I had the upmost confidence in them

Just waited a week for an appointment, dropped my car off and they left it sitting there all day and nothing got done. Never coming back here again! Probably the worst auto service I have ever experienced.

As a fellow professional in the business locally, Mac's is one of very places in town I would recommend to send someone to if I could not do something myself. Consistent and fair, they are also a good place to get your State Inspection done, although having the convenience store there while you wait can be dangerous :>)

Trust worthy, reliable and hard working mechanics. I've been going to Macs Auto Repair for over 25 years and they are very honest, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I definitely recommend having your car repaired and serviced here.

My car has been sitting at macs for a week now outside for a simple exhaust issue. I've had to contact them every time to find out the deal on what should be a quick in and out. Being told that I could get seen on short notice, I decided to bring it there. Which was not the case.
Now we're getting the run around on back order parts...only to research auto parts stores in webster to find each of them have the exact parts I need...under the cost of being charged at macs.
Stay far, far away from this one, folks. If you need an oil change or tire rotation, yeah, sure. Bring it to Macs. Otherwise, you're going to have your car sit there.
I can't wait to see all the new issues that await me when I go pick up my car.
Edit
So they had the car for three weeks. Citing a gasket that kept being sent to them wrong.
Meaning they kept ordering the wrong part.
Took it to another shop and was in and out in 2 days.

This is my second time using this auto repair for "emergency" situations in which my car needed care that was not pre planed. Both times I used this shop as I had my car towed there for engine coil issues. Both times my car was in and out within the day. I highly recommend this car repair place. The staff there are also very nice and knowledgeable.
