The agent was and are usually good , it's the company that isn't i tried to make a payment agreement and they wouldn't the bill was 1739.00 total for the rest of the cycle which is up in April and they would not take anything less , completely unfazed to lose a customer, over money , i could've gave them a 1000.00 right now , but nope money is much more important then loyalty to them ! Mind you I've been a customer of mapfre (commerce) for 20 years as a driver.

I'm giving a 1 star review. Been trying to settle a claim since September and Michelle hung up on me for "cussing at her". If your company sucks this much at resolving the issues people are going to cuss. I'm cussing because they never came to look at the damage and don't want to pay for the broken headlight because the keep saying the don't have the pics and invoice which I keep sending and have attached below. Every few days I have to make a call or email since September. I'm guessing everyone keeps quitting because they get cussed at for this nonsense. I believe they intentionally ignore their responsibilities in an unfair and deceitful practice of business hoping people just forget about these parts of the claims so they never have to pay. Mapfre is a great company to work with. Quick and efficient. My only complaint was the delay on my payout when I totaled my car. I was on a time crunch. They handled it well and I had no issue with an extension on my rental car.

My experience with the young lady by the name of Emily ,that helped me and answer some questions was fantastic she was very knowledgeable very kind and very courteous and she had a good sense of humor which today not many people have I believe she is an asset to your company.
