If I could give them zero stars I would. Not only has my car had multiple problems sometimes the same problem (like the water pump) failing multiple times in the first 2 years I had it, but they also take weeks to even diagnose your vehicle and have no sense of urgency. I bought my car new 3 years ago from them and have had nothing but problems with this location. Take your car to Auburn, don’t waste your time and patience.
