I wanna start off by saying I don't write bad reviews but my experience here was just horrible.
Every time you go in and need help with your account, David is like" I am sorry I don't have time and you need an appointment " even though he is not doing anything at that time & since when do you need an appointment to get assistance at the bank! They really need to get a new person there because I just can't with him anymore.

I went to go open my account with my sister and David C told us to come back next week because of how “busy” he was. Let me remind you though that there was nobody else needing assistance at the bank. We come back a week later and he tells us to come back at 3:30pm. We come back at 3:30pm and he tries to set us up but then he tells us that we need a parent with us for me to even open my account or else he would be in “trouble”. The problem isn’t that we needed a parent. It’s the fact he could’ve told us to bring a parent because we have been showing up multiple times and he has dismissed us. We told him that he could have told us that earlier when we came in at 2pm but he had just dismissed us and went back into rotting in his chair and being a lazy sloth. We told him that the last few times my sister has opened an account for my other siblings, they have never asked us to bring a parent… he replied back with attitude and dismissed us off. Don’t go to this bank unless you have loads of time to waste and David C needs to be fired because of how rude he is to customers and I feel like I could have had better communication and assistance with a rat than him.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star but have to to even write my review.I’ve been a customer at this bank over 4 years. And there has been nothing but issues with this bank. The atm never works a when it does it’s stealing money almost 3000$ from me. And didn’t deposit into my account now I have to WAIT for my own money. I am closing my account with this bank and I will never recommend them to anyone. Everyone I know has issues with this bank explains why there are barely any branches left

I had an account with these people for about 6 months my account went negative once because of $58 being charged for something I didn't charge please send me a new card 2 weeks later close my account then I call them and ask them what's going on explain the situation and it couldn't even help me and reactivate my account don't get an account here they suck

I've always had good service at this location! Roza and Savanna were very helpful and always followed up with answers to all my questions. My only complaint is the location is not very handicap accessible. Handicap parking is in the parking lot on the second level but there is no elevator to get you to ground level where banking takes place.

Poor service, banking skills, and regulations. We waited 2 hours to find they needed all these extra documents that a bank would have done online.

Slow, unreliable, bad service. I wanted $50 dollars and they didn't read the forms or understand my request without asking there manager.

I had to wait for close to 2 hours to see a customer service representative!
