My mother recently passed and one of the first calls we made was to Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey. Roland and John were there to support and guide us through the entire process. They treated us like family and ensured we gave my mother the fitting tribute her life deserved. Their knowledge and experience was invaluable. I will also add that they handled my Father's arrangements a few years earlier and they were instrumental in comforting my Mom during the process and providing her peace of mind that everything would be handled professionally according to her wishes. I highly recommend Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey to anyone in need of guidance during these difficult times. Jim P

I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and professionalism that John and Roland provided to my family during an extremely difficult time. My mother passed away out of state, and this presented some challenges. John helped my family to navigate the process, and kept us informed every step of the way until my Mom was in his care. As we planned the services, John’s knowledge and compassion guided us, and gave my family comfort. He was prompt in returning calls with any questions we had (and there were lot!) The calling period for my Mom was held in a beautiful recently renovated room, with lots of natural light and amazing stained glass windows. It was very peaceful. As we progressed through a very difficult day, John was there with us every step of the way. He took care of every detail during the funeral, as well as at the cemetery, so that we could be present with my Mom, family and friends. My family and I are so very grateful for John’s care, compassion, knowledge, and professionalism.

Roland and John have been fantastic and supported me during the difficult time of my mom’s passing earlier this year. They explained all my choices, were great at making suggestions and the wake and funeral was beautiful! They both were very supportive and professional. I could not have been happier and more appreciative for all they did for my family! I would highly recommend them!

A big THANK YOU to Roland Malboeuf and John Hickey for taking care of my loved one's funeral. Their knowledge, professionalism and kindness made such a difficult time for me much easier. They compassionately guided me through the process and were quick to answer any questions. I was especially happy by the way my loved one looked at the viewing - very natural and just the way I wanted to remember him. Roland has been our family's friend for generations. He has organized many funerals and graveside services. He is gracious, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He answers questions and never makes the person asking feel awkward. He returns calls and text messages promptly. Roland is the epitome of professionalism and a fine gentleman, as well.

Both John and Roland made a very difficult time much easier for me. They walked me through my choices, made excellent suggestions and, as a result, the funeral service was beautiful. No detail too small for them to manage. They were even able to find a bagpiper for my husband's farewell! Their mastery of cosmetic reconstruction is amazing as well. They are very professional and kind. They take great care of the families and their loved ones. They provide top service before during, and after the ceremony making an awful moment in life easier. Roland and John were of tremendous help to my family when my father passed away in late 2023. They made the complicated process of Florida-to-Massachusetts arrangements seamless, guiding my mother through everything with promptness and graciousness. At the time of the wake, funeral, and burial, they were appropriately compassionate and professional. No detail was lacking. We have trusted them to tend to our extended family for years and with good reason. Highly recommend.

John and Roland were extremely helpful with the arrangements for my dad’s funeral. They suggested things we would have never thought of and always there to answer any questions. They helped make a difficult situation alot easier for our family.
