My wife and I have had very good experiences here. They discuss what is needed in the way of maintenance and repair, explain why, and answer questions. They are easy to schedule with and they complete the service when they say they will. Charges are reasonable and cheaper than at a dealer.

I honestly do not recommend this garage. It is very expensive. I paid 2000 dollars for the replacement of a reconditioned air conditioning compressor. In addition, they forgot to screw on my caps when I arrived the manager threw up his hands and said he would call if he found them. He never did. I had to buy new ones myself. Unprofessional service and disregard for the customer after the repair.

Pro Automotive was fast, efficient, accommodating, and fair. The office was friendly and explained everything before, during, and after working on my car, it was a bonus the staff was a joy to have a conversationwith while waiting. Their reward program helped me save money on the work I had done and is certainly an incentive to continue trusting them with our vehicles. We have been customers for a few years and will continue to trust Pro Automotive with any repairs, big or small, and know they will be honest and accurate for any future services we may need.

Broke down on the side of the road, had my car towed to Pro-Automotive Englewood St. after closing. Although this was not a planned visit and I didn’t have an appointment , they had my car diagnosed and called me with a plan and estimate by end of day. Quality work and customer service. Very happy with my experience!

I will continue to take my car to Neil and his team any time I need maintenance or repairs! As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, they explain everything in detail to make sure you know what they’re doing to your vehicle and what you are paying for. I recommend everyone who mentions needing work done to go see them! I have brought my car to them quite a bit this year and they’re a pleasure to work with each and every time. Neil always goes the extra mile to make sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of. I couldn’t speak more highly of the team at pro automotive than I already do!

I love pro automotive. Usually when I’m getting work done on my car I get worried if I’m being told the right thing and it’s always so stressful. That was not the case at this mechanic shop. My bf & I took our cars there and I was stress free knowing I’m going to be able to trust them. If I could give them more stars I would! Thank you Neil & Lauren for a good experience, it’s more than appreciated.

Neil and his employees are all Awesome! I had the best experience dealing with all of them, Aunt. He explains things that need to be repaired and doesn't push for things that don't need to be repaired. I highly suggest using pro automotive for your vehicle needs!!!
