Horrible customer service. If there is a question or issue with a prescription order that comes in, they’ll just not bother filling it and won’t call you to even tell you there’s a problem instead of addressing the issue. And when you call to see what is going on, they act put out and rush you off the phone. They don’t read the names of the person on the prescription, and have even tried to hand over other people’s prescriptions because the name is vaguely similar. Very long waits at the drive-thru. The app isn’t a reliable way to order refills or update insurance information, as well, though that’s a bigger corporate problem.

Two horrible experiences! Lack of courtesy and communication. I went to fill prescriptions twice and they told me to come back in an hour. After an hour, and waiting in line for 20 minutes, my Prescription wasn't filled...twice!! Some people work and have responsibilities! I'm going back to the Shrewsbury location. 40 mins driving is worth the peace of mind. Being polite and courteous really is effortless Webster.

I was in the store early and was easily able to find what I was looking for. The store is always clean and never overcrowded. The cashier working this morning saw me approaching the register and immediately stop what he was doing to come and cash me out. He was very polite and attentive, and answered all of my questions. I really like going here.

Pharmacy staff pharmacist unprofessional and rude. Pharmacy constantly out of stock on prescriptions and have to order.. even maintenance drugs. Prescriptions that are called in not filled timely.. 4 days later told wait was 3 hours to fill. Switching a different pharmacy.

I frequently shop at this Walgreens. The staff members are always so nice and they make sure to acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. I have read prior reviews of this business and I can't believe how petty and picky some individuals can be. I have never encountered an issue with this store or with any staff members. They always ask if I need help and if I need anything, not to be afraid to reach out. They always go above and beyond for the customers. If I can't find a specific product they offer to contact other stores to see if its available and if not, they offer to order it online and have it shipped to the store for free! They have the most fantastic employees ever! They still manage to smile during this pandemic! Thank you for all you do!

My sons expensive inhaler was sent to the pharmacy as if it’s fully out of pocket. It took this pharmacy 5 minutes to fix the issue and place it back under his insurance so we could afford it. Thank you so much! No wait time either. The staff was extremely helpful!

I called and was on hold for 45 mins. They picked up and swiftly hung up. I called back and am on hold now 60 mins. I hung up. They are inexcusable.!!!!!!!!! Zero star should be an option.

I don't want to give even one star. Went there today to pick up medication at drive through. Waited 15 minutes still no one came. It said buzzer was broken so ring bell. I rang the bell numerous times. I got out of me car & banged on the window. All to no avail. I watched numerous people taken care of at the counter. If they had at least come to the window and acknowledged my presence, I would not be angry but they didn't ever let me know if they knew I was there. Just terrible customer service! I left. If you are nit going to acknowledge the window- put up a closed sign! Must be time to move on to another pharmacy.

This the worst place to get your prescriptions people there have an actitud. They call me that my prescription was ready and when to pick it up and when I get there a I ask for them and they told me that they didn't had anything for me that I had to wait 4 days for them I told them that I'm diabetic and I need it them and and they told me they can't do anything, so I called an other location and I told them to transfer them over and they finish them right away. Them people don't know what they doing. They need to train them better on customer and on what they're suppose to be doing. And they get 1 star because they don't allow me to give them less.
