AWFUL experience. I've been dealing with a total loss insurance settlement which is its own nightmare. I was given inaccurate information by another branch, which is not this branch's fault. However, when I walked in for my appointment, I didn't sit down with an individual to explain what I needed, I was asked in the middle of the lobby, didn't get a full sentence out, then had three people simultaneously explaining why I couldn't do that, for different reasons. Over the next hour I repeatedly had to ask to speak to a single person, ask to finish what I was saying or explaining, ask them to resolve conflicting information given by the four people talking at me. Finally got outside to have a panic attck. 5 stars for their grass and on making an already stressful situation 100x worse :) They apparently cannot professionally handle anything out of the ordinary.

Typically this was my favorite branch but with new manager, they aren’t nearly as responsive. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a call back and have contacted them several times.
