Was able to fit in a quick repair on short notice and the work was impeccable. Highly skilled artisan the likes of which is increasingly rare in brass instrument makers here in the USA. Highly recommended!
Update - took my horn in for a clean and service. Aaron went above and beyond, and the horn looks and plays better than new. One of the best artisans in the country with amazing attention to detail. Couldn't be happier!

Just wow. My Stradivarius 37 was in embarrassingly bad shape from years of traveling, playing shows and being generally ignorant of how to properly care for a world class instrument. Bell was badly bent, multiple dings, unresponsive valves and my 2nd valve slide was completely inoperable.I was almost in shock when I came to pick it up because it played like brand-new. He also cleaned up an old, beat-up cornet I had kept in a closet for nearly 10 years and made it mechanically sound. Thanks to Aaron Beck, I just practice on that now and reserve my Strad for shows.This guy is a magician. I thought it was going to be a huge price tag because of his artisan-level craftsmanship, but it was very reasonable. Frankly I would've paid double and still felt good about the transaction.Aaron, I'm sorry I didn't take the time to leave this review three years ago. You deserve every ounce of praise and I hope you continue to do excellent work.

Aaron Beck is at the top level of instrument fabrication ad repair. I have always been more than impressed with the results when he has worked on my horns and would recommend Beck Brass Works to anyone who is in need of a french horn repairman.

The Owner of Beck Brass Works, Aaron, knows his stuff. Will not go anywhere else for my son's trumpet repairs. It's by appointment and I had to wait a bit because he was busy but was worth the wait.
