Jacob was exceptional in assisting me in resetting our e-pill dispenser. We have used the same machine for years. Somehow when reloading last week some setting were changed, obviously by us. Jacob walked me through the process and answered all questions with patience.

It is not very often that I find the perfect assist product, but that is what I have in this amazing pill case. There are seven separate daily pill boxes, each divided into five compartments that are big enough to hold a handful of pills and the lid stays securely fastened, which is hard to find. If I’m out for the day I slip it discreetly into my purse. If I’m traveling the containers fit nicely in a nice leather case. Recently I lost Thursday’s box. I called the company, E-Pill, and they answered right away (no phone network folks!) The nice gentleman told me he would send a replacement free of charge. Most big companies would make you order an entire new set. I can’t say enough how glorious it has been to do business with E-Pill, right here in the U.S.A. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased a medication reminder clock for $65. When it arrived it was defective. They sent me a second one and a return label for the first clock. The second clock had the same defect. I called E-Pill and asked 2 things. First, can they send me another return label to send back the second defective clock. The answer was no. Secondly, I asked if they could check the next clock to make sure it is not defective before they send it to me. Again, the answer was no. I had this conversation with the president of E-Pill. I was told to call the manufacture even though the clocks ship from E-Pill. Poor customer service!
