I love my haircut! I have pin straight hair so it is hard to come away with layered hair that doesn’t look choppy. Igor does an amazing job every time and I will be back again!

Tatiana is amazing! I’m originally from the west coast and have tried several stylists trying to find the right fit. I finally landed in her capable hands. She did my color and extensions and I just love the result. Highly recommend her!

Beware. I went for an extensions consult. While the consultant was knowledgeable, she knew immediately that the brand of extensions the shop uses do not have a good match for my hair type. I was charged the full $50.00 consult fee (that they put toward the service you’re consulting about) and received a call a few days later that they don’t have a match. Feels a bit scammy.

I've been going to Edwin for a few years now, and I can honestly say he's one of the best stylists I've ever had. He's been helping me grow my hair out, and somehow it looks fresh and styled every single time—even as it gets longer, it feels healthier and grows faster than I expected. The toner is always the perfect shade, and I constantly get compliments on my hair. Beyond the great results, Edwin is always friendly, with great conversation and a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

Danielle is literally the best. She is efficient (I know that sounds weird but as someone juggling a strange work schedule and being a parent, this matters!) she knows how to work with my hair, her haircuts and color always come out perfectly, and she gives the best blowouts.

If you think you might not be okay with whatever hair color and style they will give you despite what you asked for I sincerely recommend not visiting this salon, unless you want to end up with a disaster on your head, while being treated disrespectfully and losing close to $300!!!
I used this salon and a particular stylist for more than a 3 years from time to time as despite some mishap I thought she is good in giving me the color not that far from the one I wanted... although in the end I realized it was because I was asking for a norm color before... I even went to other salons to correct their unbalanced highlight before.. but because of my schedule I ended up booking appointment with them again and thought as long as I mention the mishap I experienced before and ask her to make sure it won't happen this time, I can have the color and style I am looking for.. but even tho I kept showing the picture and keep asking her to make sure I get this color and style.. after 3 times bleach and maybe 4-5 times of applying toner my hair got worse and worse every time (I asked for ash brown ombre balayage and ended up with almost the yellow hair you get after bleach and absolutely unbalance highlight style) and they told me THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ME ANY MORE!!! of course with no apology and no actual refund (they say they will refund me for a toner which is only $50 while I paid them $280 to ruin my hair)… I showed the color I like 100 times to the stylist and told her multiple times I don’t know what you need to combine because ofc I’m not a pro but I need this color but she failed over and over and kept blaming me for telling her otherwise…Saying that they did their best at this point and it’s better for me to go to another salon is the most ridiculous things.. No salon will accept a mess from another salon and even if they do I have to pat another $300 to them to fix this!!
The owner supposed to call me, and obviously it was just a lie to get rid of me…
Now I realized what my friend told me back then about how bad their attitude was, is true.. I thought she just met a bad stylist but turned out it was because I didn't express dissatisfying comment before....

Very inconsiderate Was offered a booking then was rejected for my 6 yr old daughter Told that I needed to book myself as well in order to get that an appointment
No effort to help And abrupt hang up
Not sure why this behavior and policy would ever get rewarded with new business

I'd like first to say that I don't mean this to be a slight on the woman who did my hair - Jamie was very kind and I loved talking with her.I paid upwards of $300 (twice the price of what I'm used to) to have my roots rebleached at Fulham Salon Wellesley. I left the salon with very prominent bands of cool white toward where my roots were touched up and patches of my hair that were incorrectly toned and orange in color. I'm a college student, not a resident of Mass, and after my appointment I had to return home to attend to family matters. When I came back, I called the Salon to see if I could get a touch-up, as I'd spoken with some friends at home who encouraged me to do so as the quality of my dye job was not at all equivalent to the price I paid.I was greeted by an unfriendly, unkind, and unsympathetic woman on the phone. I informed her what the issue was, and she first told me that I "could have done something about it" if I wanted to, to which I'd like to say that if three hundred dollars is not enough to pay to have your salonist tell you that there's prominent banding in your hair and to come back later for a touch-up, I don't know what amount of money would get me that service. That shouldn't be on me - I'm not a cosmetologist. I'd also emphasized my lack of experience in these sorts of things during my appointment-- I'm a college student, I don't have the time or money to get my hair done very regularly and I'd saved up because I hoped to have it done by competent and kind folks.In any case, it floored me how unkind the woman on the phone was. I certainly wasn't expecting a heartfelt apology, but it felt like she was just telling me to get lost for understandably being hesitant to put down any more money to people who messed up my hair once. For how much money you need to pay for any kind of service here, it was insane.EDIT: I can't reply directly to the business' reply. I'd like to say once again, as I wrote, that I was NOT in the state. I cannot teleport. I was not in the state of Massachusetts for 10 days after my appointment. I had to leave. The day after. I’ve been seeing Danielle for 5 years in this location. It’s a very far drive for me so every once in a while I go somewhere more local and am never fully satisfied with the work. It doesn’t matter what I have done, if Danielle does it, I love it. Her style of coloring, blending and cutting is natural, beautiful, effortless and is always worth the extra drive. Not only is her work great but she’s an even more amazing person and I always have a great time just hanging in her chair.

*UPDATE!!!! The owner’s assistant called to let me know that he would not give me a refund or a new haircut because I gave them a bad review!!!!Seriously?! When my customers gave me a bad reviews, I would respond to the review with an APOLOGY and ISSUE A REFUND WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED!Who needs this place?This is coercion and harassment, and I want future customers to know how this guy operates and to steer clear. My review stands.***This is not the place to go if you need shaping and a good short haircut. I did not get what I wanted simply because I think it was beyond the stylist’s skill level. I asked for shaping so that my hair would grow in nicely. Work was uneven and seriously shapeless. And, now that it is shorter, there is nothing really left to work with. I had to even out the back where one side was longer and just one monolithic rug of hair. I managed to cut it in such a way that its length and shape matched the other side, which the stylist couldn’t apparently, pull off.J live far away so I can’t just pop in for a fix and frankly would not trust the same stylist.I have had some really great haircuts. I have had great haircuts that required no styling to look good. This was not one of them. Just awful and disappointing.Next time I will take the train go Boston and go to my guy there. Ugh. $99 down the drain.This stylist should be trained in doing short hair and/or limited to long hair or “bobs.” Shorthair requires more skill.***

I went in for a short bob and got what I wanted and more. Danielle did a fantastic job, and we had a great conversation.The salon itself is very nice. Clean & cozy. You’re greeted when you come in and are offered complimentary water, tea, coffee, or wine. The bathrooms are also immaculate.A definite recommend for anyone in the area who needs a nice haircut.
