Do yourself a favor, do not go to this store. We had to contact the police twice to get our DIL’s gown, and the Police department said they are very familiar with this business. We tried to cancel my gown based on poor service and couldn’t. Alterations cost $1800!!!!!!! I bought a dress at a couture store recently were hem, and bust were altered at it was $95. Do not go to Jaqueline’s Bridal. Weird reply JAQ Bridal, My Poor daughter in law lost $1800 for alterations, I had to call the police to get the dress, They wanted me to sign some statement of satisfaction but I refused,(Police said they have had many complaints) Had the alterations done at another shop and Check out the YELP Reviews, You will thank me for saving you all the Headache. they must quoting another un happy customer! and reading what they said, whats the difference in 10 G or 5 g? You are over paying nun the less

I would not recommend this bridal store to anyone. The owner was very pushy and aggressive, and made me feel extremely self-conscious, making comments about my body the whole time. Also, save yourself some money, the appointment was $65 dollars, and when I tried to cancel due to my mom having Covid she said the system would charge me $130 dollars. Overall very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

Absolutely AWFUL, NIGHTMARISH experience. Save yourself the money, energy and trouble and avoid this place at all costs!
The owner is extremely rude, pushy and manipulative. I brought my mothers dress to Jacqueline's for alterations and unprompted, she made disparaging comments about my wedding shoes and the quality of my dress. Jacqueline immediately made me feel uncomfortable and self conscious which is the opposite feeling any bridal shop owner should make a customer feel.
She kept loudly announcing that I needed to make big, final decisions about my dress within an hour (the seamstress discreetly told me that I didn't need to make decisions on the spot and that I could wait). I ended up feeling so overwhelmed that I agreed to several alterations, gave them a deposit and then left the store.
After several hours, I knew Jacqueline's was the wrong fit and called the store asking to pick up my dress the next morning but offered to compensate the seamstress for her time. After several unanswered calls and cordial emails, the owner finally responded and said the seamstress had already completed ALL my dress alterations (within 24 hours of me dropping it off) and that if I came to pick up my dress without an appointment, she would call the Wellesley police for trespassing. Call the police...for me coming to get my wedding dress that I asked her to not work on. My relative, who is a lawyer, informed Jacqueline that what she did was not only incredibly disrespectful but also illegal. After so many unanswered calls, she responded quickly after she realized she had to be held accountable for her words and actions.
It was such a traumatic experience and on top of everything, my dress had multiple mistakes because she clearly had expedited all my alterations so I couldn’t get my deposit back. I ended up taking my dress to Fairbanks in Natick, MA to fix all the mistakes. The owner at Fairbanks has been incredible to work with and did alterations on my dress at a fraction of the cost.
This place is a mess and I can’t believe they are still in business.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The owner was opinionated and rude. First thing she told me was that I needed to change my hair color. Dresses were nothing special for an overinflated price. Wanted to charge me $130 just to come back so my daughter could help me choose between a couple of dresses that I had tried on. She called this a consulting fee. I was looking for a mother of the bride dress and did not want to buy without my daughter’s opinion. She did not allow pictures to be taken so I could not even show her that way. If she was trying to pressure me into making a sale that day it backfired. I left.

Absolutely the best. I can only say I wished I had discovered Jackie's for my sons wedding last summer ; but I am so grateful for all the advice and attention provided to me for my daughters wedding. I loved the selection and had a very hard time choosing my gorgeous dress because of how many they had. Highly recommend !

Jackie & Dekira are fair and honest - fabulous experience. They don't tell you what you want to hear - they tell you the truth - and that's exactly what you want for your daughter's wedding dress. Kind, caring, sweet, honest, and respectful. Jackie's was our 2nd shop and we went back to say YES TO THE DRESS!!!

Great experience yesterday at Jacqueline’s bridal! My best friend has a wedding coming up and I was in desperate search for the perfect dress. Was walking upon Jacquline’s store and definitely had to do a double take at those dresses and jewelry on display. Jaw dropping. Made an appointment immediately. Both ladies that helped me were amazing help. I was stressed at times because I wasn’t sure what looked good and appropriate as Maid of Honor; however, these ladies made me feel comfortable and eased my mind throughout the whole ordeal. I walked out with a dress that was gorgeous.10/10 highly recommend!

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had!Jackie and Dakira were my dream team and they both helped me find my dress for my wedding. They were so attentive to detail and they checked all my boxes! I highly recommend to everyone looking for their perfect dress. They really were invested in making my special day everything I imagined.The store was very beautiful and well organized. The displays were so cute and elegant. Out of the 10 boutiques I visited, this was where I happily said yes to the dress.I cannot wait to get married wearing a gorgeous dress from Jacqueline's bridal!

I wouldn’t recommend this bridal shop for any bride or MOB/MOG - the experience was abysmal.I came in hoping to find a dress for my mother for my wedding this year. My mother is older, and has Alzheimer’s, so bad memory challenges - which I warned the women at the boutique about ahead of time. I let them know that she will need a little extra help and I will be the one helping give guidance on styles.The moment we walked in the door the woman started asking my mom a whole bunch of questions - to which I answered and she seemed very off put by my answering the questions.Honestly this wasn’t even the worst part. When my mom started trying dresses I wanted to take a photo - because otherwise she wouldn’t remember the different options to be able to make a decision. I can understand completely if they want to prevent having their designs stolen, but in my mother’s unique situation photos would have been critical to show her the options after the appointment for her to make a decision. Moreover, only I was at the appointment and she wanted to be able to show my father / her husband for his opinion. When I tried to explain this they were completely rude and said absolutely no way could we take a photo. (Just to note: I went to over 8 boutiques throughout Mass, RI, and Illinois and never once encountered this).I would also like to call out that they were quite pushy about making a purchase - and threatened me with appointment fees should we decide to come back.I do want to acknowledge that the younger woman helping us was wonderful. It was the older woman who was extremely abrasive and completely un-empathetic.Lastly, I do want to warn possible customers of this boutique - at least for MOB gowns, the prices were quite high for dresses that are very similar to ones you can get at any old department store for a fraction of the cost.Overall, awful experience.
