I took my granddaughter for a mani and she booked me an appointment for a pedi for me…I was so fortunate to get Anna as my technician. I gave a 3 star review but Anna deserved a 5! I like a relaxing experience and Anna was soft spoken and very quiet…but the Salon was disturbing with high pitched voices and constant conversation across the room, not from the customers but from the technicians.
I loved everything about my pedi that I asked if she had time for a mani and she accomodated me, but the noise in the salon was getting to me that I found it hard to sit still! I like my finger nails almost naked with just a clear finish so it was quick enough to get out! Anna is not only an artist but a perfectionist. I would love to go back to her again but I need to find a way to block out the noise. Any suggestions? Are there ear mufflers I can buy? lol, would love to walk into the salon donning them. Maybe then they will get the hint!
All kidding aside: If the salon techs are reading this, may I recommend working on making your salon environment quiet and relaxing for the client. I’m sure there are lots of people who do not return for that very reason only.
I must say that both my granddaughter and I were happy with your work, but both my granddaughter and I agreed that your professionalism needs much to be desired.
Gabby’s nails cost $100 and my Mani/Pedi was $90. Price is very high!

Went hear for years and regret it!! Overpriced nails and very rude staff. Bad atmosphere very unfriendly and charge extra for everything don’t go here!!! Westwood nail bar has gel for 35 dollars and gel with design for 45!!! Go there!!

The nail lady was not welcoming or engaging when she did my nails. She was on a phone call when she cut my nails and not only pulled so hard and made me bleed but also cut my nails a bit too short. She was also annoyed when I asked her to get me more colors to try. When I was leaving she didn’t even acknowledge me besides throwing her venmo account at me and asked me to tip her. I’m a returning customer but I was so disappointed. I rather spend more money in another nail salon at Wellesley than coming here and get this kind of attitude.

I've had a few pedicures here. They've generally been very good. However, yesterday they charged me 2x for my pedicure. When I called to have them refund one of the charges, she said that was impossible, but would refund the cost. She didn't even ask my name. I got the sense that they often charge people 2x and hope to get away with it. And there was no apology. I won't be going back.

They always do a wonderful job. All the staff members are friendly and they listen when you want something done differently or have a special request. Going there for a mani-pedi feels like a mini spa day. My favorite bi-weekly treat for myself!

Rushed out in less than 30 mins with a very average mani & wax service (that should have been an hour) that cost $85. I won’t return.

Very good technicians The only recent issue is that the salon is not as neat and sparkling clean as it was. Its needs some elbow grease to clean countertops, nail stations, etc. just getting sloppy

Nice place BUT the owner that sits at the front desk is unreasonable and money grabbing. She is always there, never smiles, and greets you with a miserable face. She will talk about you to the other staff even if you are present. Most of all they use very thin coats of nail polish and top coat, leaving your nails and toes dull and chipping within a day. OVERALL, bad vibes and would not recommend.
