“Not sure what everyone is complaining about but RR has been just fine in my few weeks of working with them. Sure - they send you text messages that gently mentions their other endeavors... but no one is forcing you to use them. So long as they don't spam me with stuff not related to CPAP gear, I couldn't care less. Friendly folks on the phone, prompt call backs, hassle free insurance handling... not sure what else you might want or need.”
