I’ve been rescheduled 2 times here. Waiting 90 mins even with appointments and no resolution. I told them i work on weekdays and cannot reschedule further, the doctor literally closed the door on my face. One of the worst medical facilities I’ve even come across. I am surely going to file a complaint with board of pharmacy and CVS customer board. They don’t respect anyone’s time and are super rude. I was polite and respectful but didn’t get the same. Never even stepping into this CVS.

Minute clinic is a great option compared to urgent care. It is budget friendly. But still you can expect atleast $500 of billing.

Michelle Stewart was incredibly short and ill tempered. I didn’t appreciate her indifference to my condition and what appeared to me as an unwillingness to help.

Like others, found the Nurse there, Michelle, to be really short, rushing, unkind, and unprofessional. She was training someone who was very nice. Hopefully the trainee doesn't take Michelle's bedside manner.

Staff is very unprofessional at this clinic. CVS allowed me to book an annual wellness checkup at this site and their website says that most insurance will be accepted. When I reached the clinic I was told it will be out of pocket and the person I spoke with did not show any interest in listening to me or acknowledging that it was their fault for allowing me to book a physical checkup that will not be covered. It was a complete waste of time and I don't reccoment this CVS clinic for anybody.

I made an appointment for a Shingles vaccine for today at 3 P.M. at the Linden St, Wellesley site. I told the Pharmacist that I have very little muscle in both shoulders and would prefer to have the shot in my thigh which is a perfectly acceptable route for vaccines. The Pharmacist preferred to use my left shoulder. I told him he would have to use a smaller needle like he would use for a child. He did as I requested. The injection was very painful (I am not afraid of injections of any sort). After the injection he told me to make an appointment at the Minute Clinic for my next shot. When I got home I went to the Linden St. web site and saw that the Minute Clinic was open while I was there. Why didn't the Pharmacist tell me that and arrange for me to be immunized there instead. He had all the information needed to arrange that before he caused me pain. The Pharmacist was very nice but .........

Just saw another review with RN Michelle Stewart. I have never left a Google review for anything or anyone but she yelled in my 4 year old’s face for being scared to get a shot after being rude and late. I have never had any other adult speak to my child that way and she should not be allowed to work with children. Absolutely terrible.

If I could give zero stars to MinuteClinic I would. I took my toddler to the MinuteClinic because he had recent onset flu-like symptoms and I didn't want to wait at a real urgent care or ED. The NP at the MinuteClinic told me my kid didn't need a flu test, but after my insistence (I am a physician myself and was sure he had the flu), the NP finally gave in. The flu test was indeed positive for the influenza B strain and it was early enough in my son's course for him to benefit from Tamiflu. They took my insurance and had me pay my copay. Everything seemed okay, right? 3 weeks later I get a bill of $170 despite my insurance, including an incorrect double charge for the rapid flu test. I figure, not a problem, I will call billing and get this straightened out. Here is where MinuteClinic needs to be investigated by the media and legislators, because it is impossible to reach a human being on their only customer service line at 1-866-389-2727. I waited 2 hours, only to be hung up. The next day, I call again, and immediately the transfer to billing goes straight to voicemail (!). I leave a message and was never called back. I try again the next week and the same thing happens. I can't for the life of me reach a human being despite asking for billing, customer service, supervisor, etc etc. Worst still is two months later, I get a third-party collections notice for this bill. It too has the same number for me to call to resolve the bill 1-866-389-2727. I still can't reach a human being to this day. I can only gather that this is done intentionally so that when patients receive a collections bill and cannot reach any human to resolve legitimate issues with the bill, we then are forced to pay the bill in full so as not to hurt our credit scores. Even trying to pay the bill took 1 hour of waiting on the phone. This is a disgrace and should be illegal.Never again will I go to or recommend any of my patients to go to MinuteClinic for the convenience. You will pay for it later in the sheer frustration of being unable to resolve a legitimate billing issue with a real human being and taken to collections anyway.

none will speak on the phone at wellesley ma Minute Clinic. I couldn't ask if they have Shingrex in stock and if they'd sell it to me to administer to a home bound patient. The feedback form didn't work so couldn't give feedback to Minute Clinic/CVS.

If i could rate my recent visit to MinuteClinic in Wellesley 10 stars I would. I was there to get a vaccination, not expecting a hell of a lot: I go in, say hello, alcohol swab to the area, quick pinch and goodbye. Much to my surprise it was a fantastic experience. The nurses Michelle and her awesome associate whose name I forget (my apologies) were warm and welcoming the minute they opened to door to call my name. They were friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and professional. They are completely aware that each patient that comes through the door is a human being, not a customer. Thank you both for a great experience, 10 stars!!

I went there to get my flu shot every year. Michelle was really professional, and was really pleasant to work with.

I have gone to the Wellesley Minute Clinic a few times. I think the nurse practitioners are excellent. Michele Stewart is a very good NP. I had hit my leg and was worried about the bruise I had. Another NP who treated me had worked at NE Baptist for 4 years. She was excellent.
