The service here has honestly never been great, but tonight is my last straw. I went in for a couple things only for the (not-so) gentleman behind the counter demand me to “use the self check out” as soon as I said hello. I stated I only had cash, and the young man immediately sucked his teeth and repeatedly said, “Oh my god” in a horrifically rude tone. He complained he was on break, and while I can normally be sympathetic, it is currently midnight and there is plenty of time for him to take a break afterwards in the middle of the night when no one is there. I stated again I only had cash, and he continued to suck his teeth and roll his eyes while taking another 5 minutes to get the keys for the cash drawer. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, and I understand the days can be long and hard. That being said, it is NOT difficult to provide kind, respectful, and professional service. Quite frankly if someone doesn’t want to do their job, they should quit. If the location needs to provide more staffing, so be it, but this gentleman’s reaction was completely unacceptable. He did have to use a calculator for less than a $10 transaction so I didn’t bother to waste my energy complaining while I was there. From older workers thinking it’s appropriate to hit on young woman, to younger workers acting like their customers are an inconvenience, don’t expect good service here. Coming from an older gen Z with manners.

Changing my review because someone saw the oversight that took place and corrected it on the backend whether or not it’s because of the multiple disputes I’ve filed with my CC company I’m not sure but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Want to make it clear I have never purchased or physically ever this location.

It's unbelievable that they hire train and let employees run the store when they don't know about the app, paying through the app, or the rewards program. Happens way too often.
