I went to Needham Bank and opened a Cd. I heard great words about the rate. I meet with Eri. She opened the Cd and offered me the checking account that had no fee. That was amazing for the debit card that I can use even when I travel outside pf the country for free. Employees there are great. They greet me and offered me a coffee. Before leaving I met with the manager. Both provided an exceptional customer service to me.

I went to this branch to notarize a document. I was greeted by the people at the counter as soon as I entered the door and I was directed to the ABM, who was amazing in helping me out with the notary. She was very prompt to get this service done. She was very personable and friendly and just a pleasure to talk to. I did not go with the idea to change banks, but I loved the service I got even as a non customer, that I would be glad to bank with your bank.

I went to Needham bank for opening a business checking account for my company Verse Therapeutics and I had a great experience. Both Don and Maria were genuinely excited to help me get my new business started. Their business checking has no monthly fees or fees for any ATM withdrawals. I did a lot of research between Chase, BoA and others, Needham was my choice and I'm glad I chose them. I just got off the phone with someone from Needham Bank, regarding my business checking account connecting to Venmo - she was also very nice and helpful.

Needham Bank was a great place but has lost my respect and will be losing my business. I was turned down for a credit card because I froze my credit report so it won't get hacked. Today I wanted to cash out a CD and deposit it into my checking account and I needed an ID, When I was asked for my ID I decided not to deposit that money into Needham Bank and the teller wanted to know what I was going to do with my money, after banking there for over twenty years I'm done.

Larry is the best. He's the reason you should bank local and not exclusively through big nationally recognized banks. Today Larry went above and beyond.. he helped me through a situation that was incredibly stressful and time sensitive and I cannot thank him enough.
