This bank has gone so far downhill. Everything about this branch is bad, except for Sharmila & Samantha. Plus, there was a recent date breach this year (2026) and so along with rude management, now there's this to contend with. I'm closing all accounts. Enough is enough.

2 weeks in to a new account and still no effective on line access my money. On hold for 40 minutes (so far) calling “Customer Service”. Bank to bank transfer limits are absurdly small (and actually do not yet function). Transfers with Zelle are smaller yet (and also still do not function).I will be dumping M&T next... read full comment
