So sad to write this but need to say that my $50 dollars worth of prepared food (from behind the case) was so bland I genuinely wondered if I had covid. We got the chicken cutlets, lemon green orzo, green beans and tri color rosemary potatoes and it all tasted like absolutely nothing! Skipping over this section if I return again!
Had to come back and add an edit. Spent $5.99 on a loaf of “fresh” sourdough last night and I could break a tooth on this bread today it’s so stale. I am not local to Wellesley at all so unfortunately can’t bring these things back for a refund. Sad!

Self-checkout machines are bad everywhere, but Roche somehow manages to set a new record for abysmal user experience every time I go. I feel very sorry for the employee who has to supervise all those garbage machines alone.

I called the store to checkout availability on a product that have been out for stock for over a week and after being transferred to so many departments and not getting any answers I decided to hang up and call back and ask for the manager. For my surprise it was worse than the stuff transferring me around, he put me on hold for now 27 minutes and counting well I am typing this review. Really? Over 30 minutes to let a regular customer know if you have a clam chowder available? Very unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting thing to do with someone else's time.

I use their delivery service for a family member frequently.. the shopper's communication is perfect and accuracy is 90%! I rely on them and they always come through.. thank you!!
