“Once you’re in, it’s totally worth the trip. There are tons of great stores and spots to check out all around the mall, so you can easily make a full day of it. The layout is easy to navigate once you’re parked, and the vibe is lively without being overwhelming. Even if you have to circle a bit to find a spot, the shopping, food, and atmosphere more than make up for it. Definitely plan some extra time for parking, but once you’re inside, it’s a really fun place to explore and enjoy.”
“I don't go out much to do my shopping. And the few times I do, I don't really find myself there. But at home it was quite the opposite. I loved it and I enjoy it from now on. The first observation is that they are well organized. they number everything and we always find the articles in the right place. the fresh product section is super well organized. we can not go astray. even on the floor of wines and other alcoholic beverages. we can not pretend to waste our time there by doing our courses on the contrary we gain a lot. they have so many employees who are everything There is no shortage of time on the shelves when you need it to find a very nice place.”
“They do a nice job with marketing/promotion. It’s an upscale outdoor mall in Chestnut Hill so it’s obviously expensive. There’s a new section now with arcteryx and other stores/a workout place. They often do events or offerings like free ice cream or dog treats!”
“An oasis off Route 9 for coffee, food, groceries, a great gym and even, perhaps some therapy at Beth Israel Lahey Medical Center. Great parking, easy entrance off the highway, and completely handicap accessible.”
“I love this mall, we go at least once a week. Grassfields is kinda expensive, but really good. I usually eat there once a year. But the plaza has USPS full serve Post Office, as well as FedEx, The Paper Store (always great finds) Dunkies ( my go to) as well as BK( that location treats us well), TJ Maxx (they change there products pretty regularly), a dry cleaner, dentist, and a liquor store ( I don't drink..sorry- but my inlaws like it, well enough). Oh yeah a hairdresser, my mother in law frequents, Verizon, AAA with a full service license service if you HAVE Triple A, was worth it for me!, and a small bank. Think I got them all.. lol.”
“Absolutely love Framingham shopping center along with Natick right next door. Everything you could possibly need within minutes of each place. A lot of store varieties and food options.”
“Went there for Cousins Maine Lobster food truck. Again, today, I was not disappointed. Lobster grilled cheese was the best. Would like to see ? a brick and mortar store.”
“This strip mall has become very popular. It has Dick's sporting goods. Starbucks, Zaftigs Jewish-style deli restaurant, Smashburger, and several other interesting shops and restaurants. LA Fitness is right behind the row of stores.”
“I was surprised how large this store inside since the parking lot is small. I have found this store , my first visit, VERY clean. Just to look at the fresh produce , bakery, deli , and other items made me to buy more than I intended.
The store is very well organized with plenty of space to walk around and shop.
Great job to all who work there !! and Thank you !!”
“Very new and renovated. I'm not sure if the old mall layout was better or this outside walk around thing. Still lots of new restaurants and some stores here.”
“I visit the Walpole mall at least two or three times a month. I take advantage of many of the stores. When I'm there I go into Panda Express for lunch. I love their food. I will run over to Old Navy and pick up new pair of jeans, Kohl's for sephora, PetSmart, if I need anything for my cat, then I will finish up my grocery shopping at Aldi. If I have a little extra money, or I just feel like getting a new book, I will run into Barnes & Noble. There are so many other places there that I haven't tried yet. I really want to stop into Five Guys. It smells so good walking by. I also Stop in Five Below when I need a few odds and ends. I highly recommend this Shopping Center.”
“Great place to go shopping if you can find parking. My wife and I circled the parking lot for a 1/2 hour and gave up. That said, again...it's really nice if you can get out of your car.”
“Nice collection of useful stores at a convenient location off Route 9. Groceries, fast food, UPS, fitness - it's all there in one location. There is usually plenty of free parking available. The plaza can be crowded during busy/peak hours but parking is generally not an issue. It's fairly new and clean with various affordable stores available.
Most stores provide good service but obviously depends on the store and timing.
Overall good stop to shop across a variety of different stores with a varied range of options.”
“During the holiday season, it’s a tradition for our family to take pictures with Santa, and this year’s experience at Chestnut Hill Mall was so wonderful that I felt compelled to leave a review.
From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the whole experience truly special. We have three young children, and the photographer, Jessica, was amazingly patient and thoughtful. She took her time to help the kids feel comfortable, encouraged them to smile and look at the camera, and never rushed the process. Santa was also very warm and engaging, interacting with the kids in such a natural and kind way.
Brandy was great during the photo selection process, clearly explaining the different options and helping us choose what worked best for our family. She was wonderful, super nice, calm, and patient throughout everything.
In the end, we had a fantastic experience and are very happy with the photos. What really stood out to me was something Jessica said: that it’s really about creating memories, and that truly sums it up.
On top of that, the mall itself had a great promotion encouraging app downloads. Anthony and Diane were so friendly and welcoming at the entrance, taking the time to explain the promotion and making us feel genuinely appreciated as a family.
Overall, Chestnut Hill Mall has an amazing team that clearly cares about creating a positive, family-friendly experience. Thank you all for helping us make such special holiday memories!”
“I am a fan of this Lowes. It has a good selection and many times I have ended up chatting and laughing with the folks in the paint department. It must be the fumes, always a fun time there! Haha. A guy in lumber and plumbing also very helpful. It could use better inventory management bc sometimes out of things, but often there are other choices. Good easy parking.”
“My favorite store in this plaza is Seabra. It is a moderate size grocery. Looking through the shelves you will find items made in the USA, but you will find imported products, tooThey carry a. large variety of produce, and there is a full butcher shop and a bakeryin the backI had trouble finding grapes recently. Seabra was fully stocked with three kinds! It was the only store that had themThey were delicious!!The store is very clean and the staff is always willing to help”
“My best friend and I come here to eat at the Chinese restaurant Mandarin. It's pretty good. They have a lunch special. It's pleasant and not expensive. I ate too much today . They sure have leave out full. I got the rice and chicken fingers and spare ribs. My friend got that delicious noodle soup. It was huge .She finished the whole thing.”
“I always love TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Hard finding My Size because I wear a small so there's not a lot to choose from but I wish they would stock more in my size. If you go often you'll hit the bargains!”

“This rest stop is right on the 90 W highway so it saved me from having to get off on an exit. Only the McDonald's and convenience store were open today 12/15/25. There seems to be a water leak in one of the 2 dining areas so maybe that's why the pizza and Fresh City were closed. Still there was plenty of seating for a fairly busy place. The Boston Market is apparently permanently closed. Restrooms were clean and the convenience store (Gulf gas station) was actually great so I gave a higher rating. There's a separate building for a drive thru Starbucks.”
“Newton Nexus is a great, well-kept, small open-air shopping center that is highly convenient for a quick stop. It offers a useful selection of groceries, clothing, and various eateries. It's a nice place to walk around and enjoy the different businesses, like Pressed Cafe and Dave's Hot Chicken.
The stores are easily accessible, which makes for a quick and pleasant visit. The only minor drawback is that parking can sometimes be tough due to its popularity. Overall, a clean, modern, and essential plaza for the neighborhood.”
“Convenient location and has an Ocean State Job Lot as well as Shaw's so worth the visit. The Ocean State JL just expanded and it's one of the best. Not crazy about the lay out of the store but it's ok”
“I love Shaws in Ashland, MA! Great people and always have items in stock and fresh. Love their member savings too. I can save over $50 in a $200 dollar visit.”
“Awesome area to shop in! There are plenty of nice places to shop and eat. This place is sort of tucked away off of I95 on Needham Street/Highland Avenue. Five Guys Burgers is in this area, too! Stop and Shop has a nice little "healthy" super market where you can buy lots of healthy foods. There are also auto parts shops and a couple of Jiffy Lube type places to have your oil changed. This is an "upscale" area as is all of Newton/Needham. The only issue is the massive road construction on Highland Avenue. It is a MAJOR PROBLEM!!! I have no idea when they are supposed to complete the project, but, the road is almost impassable. It really is in awful shape due to the construction. We can only hope and pray that when it is finally completed, that they will COMPLETEY REPAVE this road (Highland Avenue) so it is paved with fresh, new sparkling clean asphalt. How refreshing that would be for the people who live, work and shop in this area.”
“This is a small mall in Waltham City, MA. There is a fast food restaurant, laundromat, photo studio, nail care salon and much more. Visit you’ll like it. Not mention there’s an Ocean Job Lot store and a Shaw’s store right across the street from here.”
“1A market is a great little shop.....the friendliest guys to direct you to almost anything you need , and more , from your local convenience store. Cheap çiggs , Decent selection wine & the luckiest lotto in norwood!!!!”
“Dunkins', Big Y, Dollar Tree, a fitness club, and a hair salon in this plaza. And literally next door a Monro Car care center, and gas station half a block further”
“STAPLES is in R K. I use them for all office stuff. Can't help but still use Amazon for everyday tech. It's just cheaper. But I'm still in Staples all the time, especially for shipping and supplies.”
“I love this place! I personally have my Skin Care office here on the 2nd floor so I’m happy with grocery, pharmacy & bank just right here!! Amazing clientele in town!!”
“This grocery store is excellent, very clean, very nice staff, loads to choose from, great produce, bakery, meats, prepared foods, cheeses.... just a little on the pricey side, but its worth it....”
“The new Oath Pizza is very good. Best of all.
Also Roch Brother supermarket is nearby, and young teenagers are very helpful with packaging and carrying or picking up the carts.”
